Unique mom and pop family chinese restaurant. Lunch specials are really generous. I have had the curry chicken many times and it is some of the best anywhere! Their fried rice that comes with the lunch special is really good too! comes with shrimp but has an almost cajun flavor!
Finally... a Chinese restaurant that doesn't use angelhair pasta in the lo-mein. Obvious use of fresh chicken and pork, which is probably why the general tso's chicken is one of the best in the metro area. The combination Lo-mein left a lot to be desired...except for those noodles. The beef and broccoli is very tender and rich, and the egg rolls are done very well. We have been coming here for 10 years, and as usual our food was very delicious! Our waitress was very nice! Are order was correct and served to us quickly! Love us some Fong's!
