Coffee is good. Atmosphere is average. Service is ridiculous. Three (I think four because one appeared to be in the kitchen?) employees. When we arrived there were six people in front of us. We waited 20 minutes to place our order. I am not exaggerating. I ordered a plain coffee so I could get it right away. My husband’s small caramel latte took seven minutes. I’ve never seen service employees move so slowly, and I rarely criticize service employees given I was one for many years. One had super long fake nails and everything seemed to take her a while to do. She also stood there stirring some drink for about two minutes. Just no sense of moving faster, no apology. for the wait. Will not be coming back.

Came here for the first time with a few friends and it was so good! Samantha really helped us out with deciding what drinks to get and the breakfast sandwiches she suggested were amazing. She was so polite and patient with us. All of the young ladies there were awesome and they all made sure we had the best morning. Can’t wait to come back again!!

First time going here wanted to try out with a friend started off good the employee greeted us but we said we needed a minute. Few minutes later another employee comes and takes my order I asked a question about the soup and salad combo about which sandwiches and salads apply to which she ignores me and I try order a salad and she rudely corrects me saying that it’s only cesar and romaine that are under that combo. That’s ok fine but then after she takes my order my friend tries to order but she just walks away and never comes back my friend probably stood there for 10-15 minutes maybe 2 or 3 people are in the cafe at this time and 2 employees are on duty. I have literally never left a review before but the employee who took my order was just so rude I could not I’m sorry. The food I will say was delicious just wish the service was a bit better.

I've been going to french press since they opened the doors 10 years ago I cant say enough great things about them there is no better coffee or service anywhere else. Every year when I go on vacation I take a gallon with me because you cant get that perfect taste anywhere else. Even the food is great and the amount is so worth every penny. ANOTHER REVIEW FOR FRENCH PRESS IN KENNER i really can't say anything that even compliments the people the food or coffee the girls that work there are truly unbelievable the6 take the time to know their customers all while getting you in an out fast as can be an I've moved to HAMMOND an still come to kenner to get my coffee if that doesn't tell you how great frenxh press in kenner is i don't know what will GO GIVE THEM A TRY YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

This is really annoying, this is the second time I go to buy a hot cappuccino at this place, and I don't know what's wrong with these girls, they have given me for the second time a cold coffee, lukewarm almost only milk, no coffee flavor, this speaks very badly of a place like their brand, today 07/28/2025 at 4 pm and again the coffee is awful. I have had other delicious coffees, but enough is enough, I want a coffee as they normally do, without laziness and with the desire to do their job well.
