Always had a good experience but today I was aggravated I used the self machine and once I tapped my card and I got my receipt I realized I put 2 large fries . This was within 30 seconds to One minute of placing the order . And I told them I accidentally made a mistake on ordering 2 large fries instead of one can I just get a refund on one of the fries with the rest of my order which was 20 wings , 4 wings and 12 shrimp .. literally within 1 minute i was told No all sales final . This was a place I was coming in constantly specially on my lunch breaks or after school for my kids .. but over one mistake and my food wasn’t even cooked yet is poor service to me.

Ridiculously tasty all the food at this place. The service was very friendly, respectful, and attentive. The food court was super clean, as were the restrooms. The prices were reasonable. Excellent.
Food was ok. Service was decent. I got 20 wings and large fries. Spent 20.28 not bad price. I do like my food a bit spicy. She said it has a kick to it. I didn't find that it did though.

Chicken great! But customer service SUCKS! I ordered rice with no shrimp. They gave me plan rice with no eggs! I ask where the egg was and gave it back cause i aint for plain rice i just wanted no shrimp! Then want have the nerve to try to charge me extra for them to do rice correctly! He definitely dont have good customer service!
These are the best chicken wings I’ve ever had from a fried chicken place anywhere! The prices are also unbeatable! Love the flavor of the wings and the spicy!
