My beautiful housbone take this amazing place and tell my to try black & gold bourger, omg was delicious u can see I love my cheaps with lot ketchup and may , I clean the oll plate , next time I try something spy , but yes came and visit this place, service was so fast and super friendly thank u so much see u again. 👏👏👏🍔🍔🍔

Went there this past Saturday the 6th of September after building it up to my Sister-in-law. Have eaten at this location less than 60 days ago and it was great. This time my Wife and Sister-in-law ordered Shrimp po-boys and the bread was so hard they couldn’t eat them. My Ground Pati burger was ‘cold’ and on a bun that tasted like it just was pulled out of the package. We ordered Onion Rings for an appetizer and they took for ever to come out and as the server delivered Them she knocked over my ice tea and it went all over my Sister-in-laws white skirt thus ruining it, as we had driven down from Denham Springs and didn’t get home till an hour later. They did take off the Onion Rings and knocked the Shrimp Po-boys down to 1/2 price. Very disappointed with this experience and it will probably be our last time to eat at any of their locations. Lived in Oklahoma up until April of this year and would make a point to go to their Lafayette location when we would come visit. Really will miss their food and service they used to have, and their Baton Rouge location that once was.

The burger (meat) itself was delicious. However, it was huge and served on what looked like a generic, Walmart small bun. The bottom of my bun was disintegrating before I could take a bite. I am 69 years old, and remember the original ground Pati’s back in the 1970s. I know the buns were bigger. It was not crowded, only 8 other people in the restaurant, but the waitress was cold and to the point. She never asked if we needed anything else, so I gave her 16% tip, and I usually tip at least 20, sometimes 25. Work on your service Ground Patti Rivertown, and get a better bun for your burger and I will be back. Thanks

Food used to be fantastic. Thank God for the live music. Can't recommend too much. The potato 🥔 skins have always been good. Go back to old recipes raise the price if you have too. Buy better meat. It would be terrible to see this place go down. Such a staple for Jefferson Parish and Kenner.
