It is so depressing when you expect to be served what you see in the images on the menu ,but, only to find out that what the waiter brings out to you looks nothing like what's on the menu...classic bait and switch

After visiting the IHOP on Williams and leaving...don't get me started on that fiasco...we went here. There was 1 server and 1 cook (the Mgr). We stayed, even knowing it would be a bit before our food was made because of online orders and ones before ours. We were good waiting.
The cook came out and got our order and next thing we know, it's on the table....so worth the wait!!
Even though they were short a server and cook, they busted butt to make sure all of us were taken care of. Yes, there were people who left because of the wait but as someone who was a Night Mgr at a Cafe, it's understandable. It was so nice being told what was going on and why it would take time....honesty got our server the best tip we've given!
My problem is, I didn't get our server's or the cook's name and I feel terrible for that but they were awesome!
Keep it up y'all and we'll be back!

My family and I waited for about 15 minutes to be seated, but no one ever came to help us. While a long wait wouldn't have been so bad if the restaurant was busy, it was actually completely empty! We didn't see a single employee the entire time. Three other families came in after us and left for the same reason. Ultimately, we gave up and went to another restaurant. The service was absolutely horrible!

Ordered on their app to pick up some food for my Dad. But little did I or the app know, they close at 2PM now. So I place a request for refund in the app.

That was over 2 months ago. Why they won't refund me, or even give me a gift card for the money so I could at least use it another time is beyond me. I've worked every type of retail and service job, and the fact that they seem incapable of issuing a simple refund is baffling.

The staff in store has been very nice about trying to help me out, but overall no one has been able to do anything to help me. Even though they've asked for my information 3 times now. Completely absurd.

I usually don't go out for breakfast but I'm glad I did. The restaurant was very clean. A stark contrast from other places. The tables were clean and not one spot of wayward syrup anywhere. My server was very nice and accurate. My coffee was always hot and topped off. When they ran out of fresh blueberries, the cook came to my table to apologize and offer substitutions.

What a rude attitude from the waitress who served me. They should not allow people who obviously hate their jobs to have customer contact. Bad attitude, poor intuitive ability, arrogance and stupidity... Explosive mix for a waitress.

Service was extremely slow, and I thought they went to another place to get drinks and food.Then food was wrong when it finally arrived. I could understand if they were busy but there were only 3 tables with people at them.
