Jalisco Mexican Restaurant & Bar

Wouldn’t have thought a restaurant can be so rude with horrible business practices. First my food was done poorly and soggy with not my right order. Then, we have called the number on the card and Cesar the manager started yelling at me through the phone saying that i was wrong and he’s right. All I wanted to do was fix the problem. Who ever the owner maybe pick better employees with good attitude to customers. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. Mind you I went back to the restaurant to drop the food off and no was NOT given a refund. This is unacceptable behavior for a business.

The lady is working here are so freaking nice. It’s not funny. I got Beria tacos, but unfortunately, they were completely soggy and mushed together. Gotta make them crispy next time guys don’t wrap them in the aluminum foil that’s what’s making them soggy! But I love this place regardless they have great food

I have been here before, just left after ordering 3 carnitas & 2 steak tacos for taco Tuesday. The carnitas was old. Dry & barely could chew it. Wasn’t like this a previous time I’ve had them. Disappointed

Great food and authentic atmosphere!

It was the first and last time I went to that restaurant, the food was very expensive and it was not good.

I always have a cocktail and ceviche but this last time my food was too salty ?

The place is beautiful, the atmosphere is very sad, there was a lack of animation, at least in the musical selection, the service was unfriendly with a lack of encouragement and friendliness.The food deserves a 7/10, the fish felt reheated and not fresh when it came to cooking.

The food is Amazing and the Tacos are Delicious I always get the Steak tacos and the Green Salsa Amazing food Definitely will be going back the Atmosphere is ok a little different but I really just Enjoyed the Food and Service was Awesome if your on the Area stop on by and Try the

Whoever was driving a Jalisco Restaurant White Chevrolet Tahoe, license plate 565 BTG on the morning of Monday October 23 through the CBD, should be given driving lessons before he causes an accident. He didn’t stop, or even slowly roll, through any stop signs; he kept swerving in and out of lanes, while his left blinker was continuously on; and he didn’t stop for people in a crosswalk. Not sure if he was on pills or just dumb as hell. Dangerous.

If you say you're going to be open at 10 o'clock and you have guests arrive at 9 thirty, and they do not allow you to eat there because they don't wanna work. Don't go to that place to eat.
