What's less than zero? There should be an option. My husband decided he needs KFC irregularly, and I try to remind him no. We go thru the drive thru because we're disabled and cannot hang at the counter for the epic amount of time it takes to get white meat or pot pies. Today was the end. We ordered at the window. Then we're told the chicken would be up in 8 minutes. Drive around. Waited 35 minutes, called 2x, no answer. Saw 12 orders go out the door. Finally went in, finally got help at the counter. In an empty store. Dirty store. They had forgotten it. Chicken was soggy and the boxes fell apart.

I just ordered chicken and sauces through UberEATS…And they didn’t send me the sauce, and the chicken is really old, like it was cooked four days ago. I’ve never seen a KFC like this in my life. The fries also taste like they were fried yesterday.
