I just ordered chicken and sauces through UberEATS…And they didn’t send me the sauce, and the chicken is really old, like it was cooked four days ago. I’ve never seen a KFC like this in my life. The fries also taste like they were fried yesterday.

This is the worse KFC on the planet. They spend millions on advertising their products and it's in vain for this location. They advertise the new original recipe chicken strips as follows: "Tender so juicy, so crispy and so packed with flavor. KFC's new Original Recipe Tenders are not like other chicken tenders – they are double hand-breaded, using KFC's legendary secret blend of 11 herbs and spices and fried to golden perfection." I got chicken that was hardly battered, greasy, and under fried and not a crispy bit to be had. Stay away from this place.

They are too slow I was waiting more than 30 minutes and no one came to serve me all inside the kitchen apart from those they choose what one wants to eat not what the customer asks for
The place was empty when we arrived. Somehow they still couldn’t remember my order when I got to the window. As a former kfc employee, I don’t understand how I was served cold mashed potatoes if they are made daily? It was so cold, I could tell it was in a fridge. The skin on original chicken isn’t supposed to be soggy, especially if the chicken is fresh! It was 2pm when I ordered so there are no excuses. The nugget order was over fried. The only thing good was the macaroni which just went from frozen to oven to warmer (I know, I worked there) so you can’t mess that up and the drinks but they didn’t have the sweet tea so I settled for raspberry. If there was only 2 employee (we suspect) I’ll give her 6/10 for being alone and trying get best. If there was more than one employee, 4/10 for this order.
