Nice cozy local place in Kenner, near MSY for coffee or a snack to work while waiting on a flight. Le Petit Cafe has a strong loyal local following.

We’re military gals visiting from Texas for Mardi Gras and this place was awesome.I JUST WANT TO SAY THE PANCAKES ARE SOOOOO AMAZING!! I “accidentally” ate my kid’s food bc I couldn’t stop eating it…..Literally one of the best I’ve had in my life. I’d rank them #2 best pancakes and #1 is my childhood memories in Holland, Europe.Breakfast burrito is pretty good but I want pancakes next time I come!Customer service is great! All very welcoming and make you feel right at home!

Great southern breakfast! The breakfast special sandwich with sausage is one of the best breakfast croissant sandwich I've ever had.

Convenient to MSY! I've only been here twice but that is enough for me to form a strong positive opinion. F&B is consistently good and the service is friendly. Don't let the strip center exterior turn you off; it's nice inside.

STAY AWAY!! I just paid $14 for a turkey sandwich on toast, a tiny brownie bite and a snack size baggie with crushed potato chips!! Just ridiculous! Never going back and will never recommend the place!

A very chill and relaxing place for the locals to have breakfast/brunch or simply to hang out. There was a table of old ladies playing mahjong when we visited, so I'm sure they won't mind if you decided to spend the whole morning there just to hang out. The staff was super friendly, always with a smile on her face too. However, we did have to reorder a couple times due to their lack of ingredients in the kitchen, and had to wait a little while for our food. The house coffee also wasn't as superb as we thought it'd be, but overall, still an enjoyable nice little place to eat/drink/hang out at.

Loved the cheese danish and the spinach, feta and egg omelet yummy. Linda was a delight. This was a great find for a very local feeling restaurant. They even have wonderful greeting cards.

Came here to try out the food. Ordered a Santa Fe wrap and another sandwich and didn’t find out til 20 min later that they didn’t have lettuce, I asked for another sandwich and they didn’t have the bread for it. Compromised a lot and got a different sandwich just because it was the only thing they had MOST of the ingredients for. Hostess told me the reason they were out of everything was because they had been “closed for a week” which makes no sense bc if you’re closed for a week, shouldn’t that be plenty of time for the owner to restock ingredients? It seems very cheap and greedy to me that you would be open and selling food when you barely even have enough ingredients to fully put together anything on the menu. Hostess was really nice but I waited an hour for two sandwiches and neither came out so the kitchen staff is really lacking. Ended up leaving with just two coffees because we didn’t have time to wait any longer.

Amazing mocha lattes, excellent customer service, and delicious breakfast!! I recommend this place and will come back if I’m ever in Kenner. We came back and was provided excellent service again. I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and pork Cuban sandwich. It was good. My husband tried the roast beef on French bread and loved it. He wanted to order a second one.

I have had breakfast and lunch here. I would say the food is 3 and 1/2 stars but the super friendly service bumps it to four stars. The chicken salad on croissant is good, but does need some seasoning. The traditional breakfast was also good, although the bacon may have been microwave bacon? I'm not sure though. I will visit again it is worth a try if you haven't been before!

We enjoyed it here! Had breakfast here & then went for a second visit with my aunt and uncle when they visited. Owner and staff very nice! What a great little place. Breakfast we had to order banana fritters to check them out! They were good. Reminded me more of a "flapjack" or crepe, because it was thin, but so good! I had the croissant with tavern ham, egg & cheese and they served it with their homemade mini brownie, which was also yummy! My husband has a cheese omelet, which was ok. He said the biscuit and sausage was ok, but most likely not ordered that again. Nevertheless, we enjoyed it here. I did not take pictures when we came for lunch‍My uncle and I both had their homemade chicken salad on croissant, we both enjoyed it very much. My aunt had nacho's that she enjoyed! My husband enjoyed an omelet! Cute place and very reasonable!
