The customer service is horrible and they talk to you in the must unprofessional way. They really don't need to work there. It made me feel like it was a race and or cause I a women issue going on there. They're disrespectful and it's disgusting. I bet they don't take to other men like they do women.

If you are a veteran do not come here. Absolute disregard for service members here. Just saw two members be denied the promotional offer because they didnt have a veterans id card even though they had their military id AND DD2-14 which are acceptable forms of identification. The staff disrespected five veterans because their boss said veterans ids only instead of following the companies guidelines for what is admissable. On top of that one of the staff members “victor” took pictures of three military members IDs WITHOUT PERMISSION which is a violation of FEDERAL LAW. Only reason police are not involved is because he deleted them the moment he was called out for committing a crime. Absolutely disgusting service here.

I purchased from this location on multiple occasions due to me working in the area horrible service. I ordered a pizza with meat. They did not have it. He charged me for another pizza and did not give me two pizzas at all. He only gave me one and charged me for another would never come back here ever again.

Found a piece of hair on a slice and threw that slice away and kept eating because I know mistakes happen, but on the second slice I actually bit into someone’s hair. This is disgusting. I go to the Metairie location all the time and have no issues. I go to this one once and find multiple pieces of hair baked into the pizza. Probably would have found way more if I hadn’t thrown the rest away

I have never hread of you having to pay for the sauce on the side because you don't want to have it add to your order of wings. You should be able to at least get one. Poor customer service as well, first time here in last time.

Been over 10 years since I been to Lil Ceasars. I walk in to receive my pizza puffs and no one was at counter. After a while the manager came from behind the wall and said my pizza was in the case. So I saw the case also opened from my side and I tried opening it. It didn't open and the manager became irate. He kept yelling I needed a code. I checked my texts from Lil Ceasar and I still didn't have a code. Finally he asked me to check my email as he went away and I found the code. How ridiculous. Forget them and their code. The pizza puffs were not as good as I imagined they would be. I dont plan on coming back.
