Little Chinatown is my go-to spot for Chinese cuisine in NOLA, and it never disappoints. Tucked away as a hole in the wall, it exudes authentic charm. What sets it apart is the generous portion sizes at reasonable prices. My personal favorites include the baked half duck, seasoned to perfection and wonderfully tender. The salt and pepper pork chops are another standout, boasting crispy perfection and delightful seasoning. While they offer sweet and sour and Peking pork chops as well, I find the salt and pepper variant irresistible. Despite being saucier, they retain their crispy texture admirably. The fried rice bursts with flavor, though it tends to be a tad greasy. For a refreshing balance, the snow peas with garlic make an excellent choice. And don't miss out on the calamari--crispy and generously sized. In summary, if you're craving top-notch Chinese fare in NOLA, Little Chinatown is a must-visit.

My favorite dish is the mandarin chicken. Great place to stop for lunch or dinner. Young attentive staff provide excellent service. They have great fried rice and I love the wonton soup.

Chinese food in the “old timey” style. Appetizers, soups, fried rice and entrees hit the right chord with savory, generous portions. You’ll be back again, trust me!

False advertisment is their policy, spoke to the manager about their website advertisement for lunch specials and the reply was "oh we haven't updated our website" Two to three dollars diference from what they advertise to what they charges. Be aware of the charges.

I go there plenty of times and they offer Chinese dishes that other Chinese restaurants don't offer like the Duck dumpling soup and it's pretty tasty.

As shown on pictures my honey chicken was dark an my sesame was honey colored, but the bourbon was worst it was like dry and just bland , the spring roll was like from wholesale type of chain store it was just barely ok not nasty but kinda like eating boiled rice plan if you will, and I really try not to say bad things because I really try to support local businesses. The reason I went to eat here is because I had it about four or five years ago at the start of the pandemic and I remembered it was good but it was very basic very bland no appeal at all. However, the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere was very nice. Even the crab rangoon was so dried up very hollow

I moved here from NY and was looking for a place that could satisfy all my Chinese food cravings that I loved, like walnut shrimp. This place does it. I crave it all the time! The service is amazing, the portions are generous, it feels homey. It's everything when I need comfort.
Service was good. Egg rolls were cold. Returned them for fresh ones. Lots of food.

Its was great before Covid, the food has lost its flavor, hot and sour soup has no veggies or meat in it. The potstickers are OK, but everything pretty much taste the same on the menu if you're getting the lunches. It was definitely better three years ago We still go, but we order differently I don't know if the staff has changed or they changed chefs but it's not the same.
