They had ice cream! It's a miracle. And this location was open during business hours. They didn't close early or open late. Beautiful. Ordering was easy even without using the app. They were professional. Our order was correct. Had to go back for ketchup and that's a thousand percent acceptable. My half sweet tea was half sweet! It's gonna be a great day. Ty

The manager that works the second window every morning are every other morning is very rude I feel if you don't want to be at work that time of morning to be exact at 5:00 a.m. then you should not be there if you going to continue having an attitude every morning I go there every morning the same routine and she have an attitude that every time

Food was correct, fresh, hot, and (of course) over priced. Staff members were extremely rude and seemed annoyed that they had to be there. I thought I was being pranked the amount of times the woman taking my order interrupted me. Overall, we had an average experience that is consistent of what one should expect from a McDonald’s.

The prices are notably higher than other McDonalds. Surprisingly so.
This is the best Mc Donald's! The employees make the difference. The crew members are polite- they verify your order, offer condiments. We used the drive-thru at 8:30pm, the young lady that took our order was extremely polite and the young man that gave us our meal was also very polite. Other McDonald's need to visit this location and take notes!

Best McDonalds in Kenner for sure! We go get breakfast like twice a week here and they’re always happy, super quick, & the food is hot and correct! Which as most people know is hard to come by with fast food places. Whoever runs this place should give the AM shift a raise bc they’re always on point. Honestly, I think their PM shift is just as good but we don’t go there as much in the afternoon. If you want McDonalds and are in the area, I’d only go to this one

Posted dining room hours incorrect and the app let me order for counter pickup when the dining room was closed. Drive thru staff very unhelpful when walking thru drive thru to get my food.
