I ordered four ice creams and I did this one delivery and they brought me fries one basket and one medium fries and one hot and spicy Mc chicken and i paid 20 dollars and I only got this worse McDonald ever NEVER BUY FROM THIS MC DONALD EVER AGAIN

I ordered Hot n spicy meal just for the crew on October 27, 2025 at 1:45am service me Old Food I'm so sick of this shit and if I ever get sick I swear I'm suing. The meat is hard as fries ice cold And the nugget greasy and I just left y'all establishment. Zero rating for me I will not be going back to mcdonalds Loyola location in kenner by airport next to a gas station across from Popeyes.

Well, it's not often i give a bad review, and i will say the food was good. But the service was lacking at least at both drive through windows last night. And I love McDonald's, so this pains me. 1st, all I had on me was a $100 bill, I guess this McDonald's didn't like cash, or atleast 100 bils. Started to hand it to her and she said said she couldn't break it for me to pay for my meal. Interesting, at about 645 pm she can't take it? Didn't get a banger and ask, just nope. Luckily by son was with me and he had enough to co er it. 2nd thing, with the grandsons happy meal, the next window failed to put the apple juice in it. Until we got to where we were going to eat, didn't notice. Kids meal with no drink, not good as we were not going home. 3rd, I usually can't pass McDonald's without getting a coffee with caramel in it. I ordered, when she read it back to me I reiterated it again and she she said yes with caramel. We'll, if there was caramel in it, it was not tasted until the last drink or2. I guess i should have suspected it was missing because usually the special make ticket is stuck to the chip, there wasn't one on it. So there was every little in it and it was not stirred . Generally I go to McDonald's in about 6 or 7 states every 2 months (several in each state) I would say that this is one of the very few times that I've had to do a bad McDonald's rating. Incase you were wondering,, no, it was not busy at the time we went through.

Poor staff, no one really seems eager to assist customers. Takes 5-10minutes to place a order in the front. Kiosks are lagging, staff walks pass the customers with no greeting nor asking if they need help with anything. 10 vehicles get worked through rather than 2 people dining in.

Not sure why I even bothered, after sitting in line in the drive through for 15 minutes we were told they were only talking door dash orders...
The cashier had no idea who to work the register fries was ice cold burger was ice cold chicken sandwich was sloppy didn't add pickles like I ordered i did use the kiosk I will stick to the McDonald's on west esplanade better service

27 mins in the drive thru for 2 French Vanilla Iced coffees then had to park on the side and wait some more.Coffee so watery and flavorless I threw them away..A waste of my money and my time .. Gotta do better ppl... ohh and your co2 needs to be adjusted or charged because your drinks are flat... Edit: they pretend to be closed for hours between 12-3 am almost every day.

I'm not sure who the guy that was working this morning in the first window around 12:30am but he needs to find another job. Had an attiude the entire tine he took our order. Didn't even bother to take the order right. The girl in the second window was no better. Barely listened long enough to give us our ketchup and never bothered to give our actual sauce that we never had a chance to order. Food wasn't bad but service sucked! Go to veterans!

Was unable to get my food because the drive through didn't know what they were doing I asked the boy what was on a deluxe burger and he said he doesn't know he just works there I went inside the complaint to the manager and she barely spoke English
