It is very seldom that they get your order rite. An if they do they forget to put it in your bag. That's going inside. Drive threw SUCKS. Especially in the morning durning the week. Always check your bag to make sure you have all your food.

I work in food and I understand what it’s like working in food service. Many times I’ve gotten bad service and never wrote a review because I get that we can have bad days but this time it must be addressed. There is a Hispanic guy mocha skin color (looks Dominican) wears glasses. I usually see him working the 2nd window handing out the food. We had an incident one time that got him mad because a mistake was made with our drinks and I kindly asked him if he can fix it. Ever since that incident he would purposely mess up my order and give attitude and even make us wait a long time for a drink after getting our food. I order a kids meal one time and he “forgot” the drink that comes with the meal and asked for a receipt. Gave him the receipt and made us wait 5 mins for a small lemonade. My daughter took a sip from it and spit it out. Not sure what it was but the drink was disgusting and it wasn’t even lemonade (He did it on purpose). He would do these numerous of times. Loyola location is very close to me but I now avoid this location just because of this particular employee. Veterans location have better management, less attitude, and they’re faster.

Don’t order from here around 3am -5 am bc although it says 24 hours they are not open bc that’s when they take their break which is fine I just wish that was on the site and delivery sites I know now and will with-frame from ordering just wish they put that in the app or something idk if they even have the power to do that so o well everything is usually fine when I order here every once in a while sometimes they forget stuff but not bad just wish the delivery sites stop doing that if the store closed

I have been waiting for 1 hour at the moment, they helped me after 25 minutes waiting, and there are many people waiting and no one serves them, it is a total lack of respect, I will never return to this place, and I say goodbye to McDonald's
This McDonald’s is supposed to be open 24 seven pulled up at 4:15 in the morning and everybody is outside talking and playing around and they said they’re are closed rudely through the drive-through microphone. Whoever owns this McDonald’s needs to clear house and hire new people. This is ridiculous every morning they do this!

I just ordered an egg mc muffin at 859. I sat in the drive thru line a few minutes waiting on the sandwich so clearly I'm thinking they were making it fresh. I entered 10W and opened the bag to find cold paper wrapped around an old mc muffin. The cheese unmelted and hard and the meat rubbery and hard. It's still morning, all breakfast should be fresh!!! I called the number on the receipt, it's an answering machine for complaints and the number online just rings. Frustrating
