while giong through the drive-through, the employee taking my order was sleeping and slurring her words. I was scared she was going to fall down right then and there! She rang up each item separately instead as a combo and was going to charge me $14 for a sausage egg biscuit combo with a med caramel frape when the total in Slidell is about $11. i understand prices vary from city to city but not that much. She didn't even give me a receipt to check my order. Then i get my order, and there's no sausage in the biscuit! I end up having to go inside to get the manager to give me the right order. She apologized profusely, but this is crap!

Only person in the drive through, still got my order completely wrong.
They don't serve well, the food is very good but here they only serve reluctantly. I stood in front of them for 40 minutes and they didn't serve me. It's almost not recommended.

The Hello Kitty Happy ones don't bring almost anything, they just bring 4 chicken nuggets and some simple apples and they bring the same stuffed animal.
Dietary restrictions: Bring apples as a diet, they are like simple.
