Most employees are friendly. My order is normally wrong (we are picky) unless we just get nuggets, But they correct it. Fries have recently been either over cooked or under cooked.

I stopped and ordered 3 large frys almost 20$ and 2 of the frys were half filled and 1 was less then half . Very disappointing when prices have gone up so much. ?

They kept getting our orders wrong after 3 times of telling them. It was really sticky and when I went to to go wash my hands there was no soap and employees must wash there hands so that is just disgusting. I would not really recommend going here.

$19.50 for two breakfast and two coffees!! That should tell how expensive Miky D has become!!
Time to update this review because this place has taken a nosedive into mediocrity! They did a refurb where they installed kiosks and one check out. Which is probably for the best as the customer service is poor. Is it always poor, no, but it's never nice. I place my orders via the mobile app and only use the drive thru to avoid the staff. But this last time they still managed to rub me the wrong way. I pulled up to the second drive thru and waited... Then I heard "can I take your order" from the first drive thru where there was no one waiting... So, I waited again, I'll give everyone the benefit of the doubt. We waited for our speaker to ask for our order, I had my order code ready. Then finally the speaker spoke "we'll be with you in a minute"... okay. So we waited again, a few minutes went by and a car pulled up the first window and guess what "can I take your order" was heard from the first drive thru. That's when my patience ran out.So, I just pulled around, I have already placed my order I just need to give my order code, simple. I pulled around, the lady started repeating back the other persons order, so I stopped her and told her the situation. She kissed her teeth, rolled her eyes and started complaining about this being someone else's fault. I apologized for pulling up but we'd been waiting a good while.I can handle the attitude, the frustration, I don't expect to be treated like royalty, I get it. But after she gave us the receipt I and we pulled to the next window I heard. "The next order is the mobile order... he's too impatient." That ruffled me, impatient, really, did you have to do me like that? I was plenty patient, next time take my code at the speaker that way I don't have to bother you with my order, trust me I didn't really want to talk to you either. If I wanted to be belittled, I'd go to Popeye's.
