A co worker has been bringing me these amazing guava pastries from here so when the need to order a cake arose they were my first thought. We were able to order a large tres leches cake with 48 hours notice, no issue. The food is phenomenal and the people working are incredibly kind. Would recommend them a hundred times over.

The food is good and the supermarket products are fresh but the old lady at the register is so rude and watch her, she over charge you very fast. Look over your receipt. Be careful!!

We asked at the counter for 6 bolillo rolls to go. When we got home, we saw that they were all chewed up looking and broken, horrible and ugly. Never had any issues at the Norma's on Bienville. Will not return to this location for sure. :-(

How sad that they sell desserts, bread, etc. and everything tastes very delicious! But the truth is that the customer service is demoralizing with the attitude of the ladies who are giving the bread and everything that is asked of them are people who are not made for customer service. Customer service in the back is not useful and unfortunately There are always the same people who are even afraid to ask for bread.
