I've been a loyal costumer to Orleans coffee for a while now. I'm in love with the English breakfast tea. They already deserve the 5 stars for quality and customer service but I wish I could give them more. Michelle and I spoke on the phone to place an order for some tea after hurricane Helene (I'm in Asheville NC) and I was telling her how terrible it is here. We spoke for a while and placed the order. Y'all these people have such great hearts I received my package and opened it, they gifted me tea and a infuser with a beautiful note attached. I cried! You guys really show you care and that is irreplaceable. I will be ordering tea from here for LIFE! Sending love from NC!

Absolutely THE BEST chicory coffee I've ever had! Tried both the Pure French Chicory and the Creole Coffee Chicory blend. Both are super smooth, dark, and full bodied. I also love the fact that they are true artisans and roast the coffee/chicory fresh, in small batches. Truly a gem!

Orleans Coffee is large enough to have a good selection of excellent coffees, fast response times, and an easy to use website, but small enough to offer top-notch personalized service. Like another reviewer, my coffee was lost in in the mail, but quickly replaced by the helpful staff. The Tchoupitoulas and Windsor Court blends are very popular gifts amongst my out-of-state friends, and the Milano is one of my all-time favorite espresso blends.

I was born in NOLA, and even though I was living in Memphis, I wanted to help a local small business get back on its feet. 15 years later I still get my coffee from them. I've never had anything close to a bad experience with them -- until two weeks ago, when an order I made apparently got lost by USPS. I emailed them about it, and they immediately responded that they would ship me a new order overnight. I was happy to hear that.The coffee arrived today -- along with a hand-written apology, some cute swag, and a refund (that I didn't request or expect).That's great service, and that is why I will continue getting my coffee from Orleans and continue to support this great small business.Oh, and the coffee is always fantastic, too!

Simply the best on more than one level. I finally found the best the city has to offer. They always have coffee roasted, same day, in the varieties I like. The quality of the beans is superior and the roast is perfect. I have tried almost everything the city has to offer, but this is superior. And the biggest surprise was that although I only buy a pound at a time, I am treated as though I am the most important person to enter their doors. And they remembered me the first time I returned. They roast a tremendous quantity daily and ship nation-wide so far as I can tell. It is hard to believe that they are so attentive to a small-purchase customer like me. Great place, great coffee, great people.

Want to have the taste of a Cinnamon Bun without the Calories? Purchased the Cinnamon Bun Coffee and it was wonderful - felt like I was eating a Cinnamon Bun. Am a big flavored coffee person and I have ordered several times from Orleans Coffee and have enjoyed all of the coffee we have purchased. Great, friendly service! Would recommend them highly!
