I ordered a 2 liter as a part of my delivery. The delivery man said they didn't have 2 liters so he gave me 2 small bottles. A 2 liter is 67.628 ounces. I got 2 small bottles each 20 ounces. That's 40 ounces. I ordered 67.6 ounces and got 40. That's stealing.

I called to order pizza on Sunday night the lady I spoke with had a very hard accent and was not easy to communicate. I ordered a large mushroom spinach alfredo pizza with some dessert bites when I got it head tomatoes on it in no mushrooms. The Oriole bites we're very firm almost hard and I'm pretty sure they were supposed to come with the sauce that they did not. I guess I should have checked my order before leaving but the lady who gave it to me was very friendly and nice and she repeated my order to me before it even handing it to me so I just assumed it was right. If it was not for her and the pizza tasting at least decent even though it's not what I ordered and my mom specifically requested mushrooms then they would be getting a one star.
Also I've tried to call them two days now and when I press 5 to speak with the manager the phone either rings and Rings or it rings and when they picked up one time I could not understand what they were saying. Don't think I'll ever be ordering Papa John's again

Employee went from using personal phone, to touching the floor, to grabbing cash, and then to making food without washing hands. Manager is cussing at employees and screaming at door dashers. Manager loosing their mind and throwing boxes of food on the ground. My order given to me missing cheese on the entire center of the pizza. Stood at the front counter for ten minutes before an employee would acknowledge me. This place needs to shut down and reboot. Awful

They advertise the “thin and crispy “ pizza as such. The only truth of that, it is thin, but in no way crispy-not even putting it in the air fryer. I called and complained to the manager, Jay, and she totally ignored me, hardly even acknowledging what I was saying. If you truly want thin and crispy, go straight to Domino’s

Do not go their i went their with my mom and it took them 15 minutes to put the order on the computer and the pizza they served us was dry and cold and then we went the other day to order again and they kicked us out for saying the pizza was cold

I didn’t even want to give them 1 star but it makes you to create a review! BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. The “manager” Jay she said her name was decided to cancel my order bc I called to add an extra breadstick to my MOVILE ORDER THAT SHE REFUSED TO ADD AND MADE ME PLACE A WHOLE SEPARATE ORDER. She never said she added it so I continued to ask and she was rude so I hung up. I drove all the way to the store and she proceeded to tell me I hung up on her and that’s her reasoning to cancel my MOBILE ORDER I PLACED MYSELF before even having to speak to her. Meanwhile she’s outside smoking with a guy full of tattoos who doesn’t even work at PAPA JOHNS. I’m 8 months pregnant with two elderly grandparents at home and now driving to find another Papa Johns. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND JUST DONT EVEN BOTHER ORDERING HERE!

Horrible!!! I ordered the new XL pizza and was very disappointed 2 slices of pizza and 2 pepperonis on it, looks like a big dough pocket busted on a few slices and they ran out of pepperoni cause the rest of the pizza had very few pepperonis on it. Will not be ordering from them anymore.
Friday April 19, 2024 We ordered 2 pizzas online at approximately 831pm. My wife arrived home with the pizzas at about 9pm . I have to say that this is some of the WORST pizza I've ever had. My wife had a cheese pizza and I had an XL pepperoni. (Super cold) We would have come out better and saved Money if we just went to Walmart and bought Red Baron pizza. Red Baron actually tastes wayyyyy better. OK , LONG STORY SHORT. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON PAPA JOHNS. REALLY CRAPPY pizza.

By far a terrible experience instead of the woman trying to listen and understand so constantly tried to overspeak me and being in customer service myself she shouldn't be allowed to speak to anyone in the general public let alone be a manager her service was terrible and instead of listening to understand she listened (barely) just so she could talk. I called to order pizza at 8:26pm and called at 9:50pm to check on the status of my order she could have cared less i wish i got her name so i could put her name in this review as i said again beyond terrible experience and horrible customer service experience

Placed an order for pickup at 10:15 pm when the website stated pick-up closes at 11:25 pm. When I arrived staff ignored me at the door playing on their phones instead of letting me in to pick up the order that was already paid for and ready. After 10 minutes of knocking in freezing temperatures, another staff member gave me a rude comment about how the “lobby closes for 10” despite all posted hours saying otherwise.The cherry on top was my food ended up being undercooked and generally bad.Have ordered from this location for 15 years but am extremely disappointed by the rude service I received.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza on October 7th 2023 evening time and found a long piece of hair in the pizza. Absolutely disgusting and the guy picked up the phone was very rude. I think the owner needs to replace the whole crew.
