Wow! This place has gotten so much better since the owner’s son is in charge! He did such an amazing job at the Uptown location. Food quality is top tier. Portions are great. Where else can you go eat homemade fettuccine alfredo with fried chicken for less than $20 these days?!

Ok when you walk in, the place smells like industrial floor cleaner. I guess it's good to have clean floors, but it should smell like food. The muffaletta I got was ok. Not great. The olive salad tasted funny, like they used the wrong kind of oil. The other dishes my kids got were ok. Nothing great or out of the ordinary. The atmosphere was loud. The music was loud, which made people talk louder. It wasn't all bad, but there are too many po boy shops that do it right.

The roast beef poboy is fall apart and delicious but some of their other food choices just don't hold up to the same standard.

8inch Oyster po boy for 26 bucks had no flavor! 1 end of bread was too hard and there was not even a salt balance to food. To be fried in seafood fry it had no taste; i was totally disppointing.

The catfish poboy was the first meal after landing in New Orleans. Really light and incredibly tasty. Clearly, someone knows how to make them!

The catfish po' boy and the shrimp po'boy were both delicious. If you prefer something a little lighter and less salty, the catfish po'boy is the definite option. The gumbo is also really good. Parking is free and abundant in the square. There are restrooms. Service is fast and polite. This restaurant is a chain but I prefer this location due to ease of parking.

Ordered 1/2 roast beef poboy dressed with a side (onion rings). And hubby got a large roast beef poboy dressed with fries. Good buy. I asked for easy on the gravy. It was a lot of gravy any way. So much roast beef I could make another sandwich. Kenner store: Fast and easy for take out. The place is very clean.

I took my mother here for lunch one Saturday since she had been meaning to try it. It is a pretty large place and was completely empty when we went around 11:30am. You order at the front and then they bring it out to you. I got the Fried Shrimp Po Boy $14.95, dressed $0.40 upcharge. Our food came out pretty quick and the shrimp were piping hot and plentiful. The size is pretty large but I think it could have used more flavor either in seasoning or a better sauce. They have a couple TV's but no music so it was kind of weird dining in. I would probably just take it to go if we went back. I think that they charge for the dressed option is kind of ridiculous. Overall, it was just okay.

My go to place in This area was closed so I decided to try this place which is very similar. The food was actually really good. I was amazed how fast everything came out and it was fresh. Their marinara sauce is excellent. The muffaletta was very large, although I wish they would have toasted the bread on the panini press and also the olive mix. I prefer it more finely chopped. There's is almost full olives. Maybe cut in half once. Veal parmesan po-boy was also very good. I thought the prices were a bit high for the portions on the eggplant sticks and the po-boy. My regular go-to spot has the same items and you get much more for less money. However, this place is very good. Lots of seating and a great family atmosphere. And also worth mentioning again. Very fast service.

Purchase a fish poboy and a hot sausage poboy. The fish were bland and undercooked. The hot sausage were dried with nothing on it besides tomatoes and lettuces. First and last time coming here!

The hot Sausage poboy was decent, but I couldn't get enough of the deep fried pickles.
