my friend and i were in the chick fil a curbside lot across from perks and we were looking in the perks yard and saw they have a rat INFESTATION, there were 3 big rats and at least 6 babies update: will never visit ANY perks location because, as you can tell by this response from the owner, it is owned by a condescending jerk. talking nicely to someone goes a long way but i guess that's what you get from a location that gets closed down right? and no-- the rats were only in the bushes on the PERKS lot, not chick fil a

This was my first time eating at Perks and most likely my last. When I got to the window, the cost of my meal was $8 more than what the online and drive-through menu reflected. I’m all for raising prices to keep up with the current economy but you sure should have that reflected on your menus. If you can’t afford to fix your signage, you shouldn’t be in business. Food was mediocre.. a blt wrap and some soup for $22.50 …. Not worth it

A must stop if you’re nearby! The owners are so hospitable and welcoming! They went to make sure you have the best coffee experience and it felt like you stepped into their home! The honeysuckle frappe is delicious!!

The food here is great! It was a small quaint Cafe with a lot of choices and a great ambiance! The batista, Mckensie, was so sweet and hospitable! She is a true example of Southern hospitality! I am from the West Coast and visit this area often. This was my first time here, and it won't be the last! By the way, the King Cake latte was excellent!!!!
