Was craving a Philly Cheesesteak and my usually place I got to was closed on Sunday, so I tried Philly Dat Up and honestly I was quite surprised with how good they actually were. Definitely will go back.

The girl that took my order was hella nice and friendly. The food was delicious it just sizzles in your mouth. It was like climbing the first step to heaven. It's definitely a ten out of ten for me.

My daughter went to pick up a DoorDash order here and while there attempted to order something to eat to cut time. The cashier refused to allow her to place an order while door dashing. Saying the customers food would be cold when they got it. But how when the customer’s food wasn’t ready yet either. I told her not to pick up or order from them ever again. How do you refuse to allow someone to eat that does not work for you?? Never again:

This was my first time eating here and the food was excellent. I had the number one regular with everything on it. It was hot and delicious. The coustmer service was great. I will definitely be eating here again when I come back to Kenner to shop. Give them a try.

This is one of my worse experiences here I have had at this business as I was in line I saw the Asian Lady (which is the owner) throw away perfectly good burgers and while doing so I saw her touch the burgers with her bare hands today on 9/05/23 at around 11:30-12pm this happened not to mention she also held up everyone in the line to remake burgers for everyone that she then touched AGAIN WITH HER BARE HANDS! this is so disgusting I’m so disgusted by the way she handled the food and her attitude towards her employees I would have asked for a refund but I am aware that is against there policy which I had to end up throwing away the food that I bought all together! I will also be telling fellow people that I know that come in here to not come because this is NASTY 10/10 DO NOT recommend
