I walked in to the place to order a Vietnamese coffee which is on their menu and the guy was very rude saying “who come to restaurant to order coffee, we don’t have coffee”

Figure I’ll stop by for a bowl of Pho before catching my flight out of MSY airport. Decided to try this Pho restaurant out. Way over price, quality is sub par. I ordered the Pho dac biet which is $26. Not only was it underwhelming for the price, the bowl was small, you hardly get any meat, there’s wasn’t even tripe in there. You would figure the quality would be top notch to demand this kind of price for a bowl of pho. Sorry but Phoholic is California is way better and no where near this expensive considering this is New Orleans area. Will never return, there is no reason to.

Hey, I was a server for 8 years and I know what good customer service is, me and my girlfriend came to this place based on the reviews and the place is very nice and the food is good too, the problem was the service, the young lady didn’t even greet us, we ordered an order of spring rolls and I don’t know if there was a language barrier but she said asked '2?' And we said 'no, 1 order' and she repeated 'with 2?' And we said yes, she brought 2 orders (total of 4) and when I told her we ordered just 1 she responded with an attitude 'I asked you!' She never checked on us, she didn’t offer any refills, she didn’t even give us our ticket, I know how it is to be a server and I hate when people don’t tip and I am sorry but the server didn’t deserve a tip, she gave us an attitude, she didn’t check on us, this restaurant has a lot of potential but they need to train their staff better, I served tables for 8 years so I know how to earn every single penny and I feel like a scumbag for not tipping but this was the worst experience at a restaurant

I had the steak and meatball pho and an order of springs rolls and it was amazing!! Service was great and prompt. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable with easy music at a volume where you can enjoy it and still hear whatever conversation you’d have. Highly recommend this place if you enjoy pho! I will be back!

We’ve tried so many pho places and Pho House Cafe has the best pho in the city by far. Between the broth, meat and vegetable toppings you can taste the quality and freshness that they provide. My boyfriend and I love coming here at least once a month because we just can’t stay away! Cannot recommend this restaurant enough!
