I really like this place! I've been going here since they opened. (Sorry it took me so long to write a review!) It is my go to spot for Pho.Their pho broth is very tasty and flavorful. I end up not adding the additional sauces ( the sirachi and the sweet one) because the broth doesn't need it. The portion is good. I usually have leftover. The Vietnamese eggrolls are always fried right to order and are super hot.The 2 owners are wonderful! They always are friendly and I love how they always remind me to heat my broth before eating so I get the best taste. (I always get take out so the 10 min to my house, the soup has lost some heat) I've never eaten inside but the decor and ambiance is very inviting.

Service was pretty awful. As per usual, when we went to a Pho restaurant, we expected there to be a veggie or tofu pho option. All they have if beef pho. We decided to grab some drinks since we were there to pay them something. They told us immediately we needed to leave and then ushered us out like we were causing a ruckus and being unreasonable. We were really quiet the entire time, and the only "option" they gave was "bland soup" since they could not offer tofu or veggies. Obviously, I'm not eating out for bland food. As we were walking out, a man came out and started yelling at us that they were not a coffee shop. The little dude was extremely rude and disrespectful. I'm literally just trying to pay them money for drinks since we couldn't pay for food we would and could not get. Other than the childish and extremely irrational behavior by the staff, the menu is indeed VERY limited. And call before you show up to see if they'll even have what you want because they don't have their full menu. Quite the restaurant ?EDIT: Apparently, it isn't rude to yell towards people on their way out of the door, ha. The response below shows the professionalism that is lacking in this establishment. "You took that wrong as well." No, I do not believe being berated as we try to quietly and quickly leave is misinterpreted as anything other than unprofessional and disrespectful. This goes beyond a "miscommunication." It is very disappointing that instead of an actual apology and taking responsibility for the disrespect we encountered in your literally empty restaurant, we get the typical "you're wrong, we're right" attitude. I don't believe this is a good industry for whomever the little man was, as well. He most definitely should not interact with customers on any level. And to the person in charge of responses, you also need to take a step back and see how absolutely absurd that experience was.Vegetarian options: Not a single thing is vegetarian.

So good!! The broth is so delicious as well as the meat. I really enjoyed this and will be back. This is definitely the best pho in the area. It is pretty pricey but 100% worth it.

Best pho around PERIOD. Real, slow cook broth and fresh ingredients daily. The owner is passionate and his execution is profound.

Wow talk about negativity from the business over someone's comment. From reading this I think I rather go to Brian's house and willingly pay him money foe his savory broth. Negative Nancy's are not needed. If you can't handle a bad review then you shouldn't be in business IMO

One, if not, the best pho I’ve ever had. I have had my fair share of pho all over the place in different states. So, it is an honor to give this pho such a high praise as I am not someone who is easily pleased with food. At first, the prices were shocking, especially the one with oxtail in it. I ordered the one with oxtail. Right off the bat, when our pho came to our table, they looked incredible with the loaded chopped aromatic herbs (I think it was cilantro and green onions). The broth was incredible—-you can taste the quality and love that was put in. The oxtail was very tender as well. I also love that it wasn’t too sweet like others I’ve had. It tasted just clean and pure! I wish I could eat the entire bowl, but I could only eat half of it because of the enormous size! We were given a small side of chili sauce as well that complimented the pho very well, as we don’t like using sriracha and hoisin sauce in our broth. I personally feel that it overwhelms the delicate flavor of the broth. I wanted to know the brand so I can buy some, but the owner said he made it himself. Overall, I’d pay the price any day for a great, flavorful, savory pho. Looking forward to my next visit in NOLA so I can have a bowl of this amazing pho again! We had a great chat with the owner after our dinner, who spoke very highly and proudly of his method, as he should! Well done!

My buddy and I got into town a little, close to their closing and wanted to eat something lite, filling and healthy. The meal we chose fulfilled all those needs. The waitress was exceptional and friendly. We engaged into conversation and she was a very cool and good person whom like us, likes to enjoy the great food items around us.I recommend this restaurant and shall return whenever I am in the area.Dietary restrictions: I prefer a meal that is qell balanced and includes a variety of veggies .

We'll start with the good. The service was great and friendly, the place itself is spotless and bright. And the food isn't "bad" per se.Unfortunately, the real truth is that you can get BETTER Vietnamese fare at a lower price at just about any of the other pho restaurants in the area. The fresh spring rolls were pretty standard, but used the cold-cut style pork rather than a more flavorful grilled cut that I've had elsewhere. They were also a bit gummier than I would have liked. The pho, again, wasn't "bad". It was just very bland. Almost watered down. The cuts of meat were fine, though not overly generous. But it easily ranks at the bottom of my list against other local options. The kicker is the price. It's literally the most expensive option around, by a good 15%. If the quality of the food justified the price, that would be one thing. Unfortunately, the truth is quite the opposite.Overall, disappointing.

The broth was very bland and not savory; clearly, it was not a traditional recipe. I had combination pho, and it only had three meats that were very bland as well. Unless they change their recipe or quit using a quick pho recipe, I will not be returning. The pho was a large portion, but not at all worth the cost. True pho is simmered a minimum of 18 hours. I have attached photos of pho that I made, simmered for 26 hours...

First impression was that the ambiance is nice, clean, and welcoming. Though the service was anything but welcoming. Lady waitress seemed like she didn't want us there, never checked up on us. Pho was decent compared to the other pho places in NOLA. With that being said, I've had incredible pho in the OC and this pho just didn't hit the spot for me. The broth was just too sweet. Meat portions were also small for $19-$25 a bowl... Vietnamese iced coffee was advertised as 6$ on the menu but I was charged $7.25. Not a huge deal but that's annoying and something to watch out for.

The service is bad, the lady doesn't even say Hi and when you say thank you she doesn't respond like she doesn't want it be here. The pho is on the sweet side which is not really authentic pho. I had oxtail and brisket pho $20 with a spring roll $6. The portions are small with the pho I had one small ox tail and 3 small pieces of briskets. The ambiance and decoration is the only thing that's going for this place LOL. I don't know about previous reviews but coming from Orange County California the capital of Pho this place is BAD.
