Love this place! Been coming here for almost 10 years now and it never disappoints. I’ve tried plenty of pho over the years and this one is hands down my favorite over and over again!

Terrible service, they are desperate for you to pay immediately upon finishing your meal. Want to talk and catch up with the friend you went with? NOPE - don’t even think about it. Per the guy working “You pay, then you can talk all day.” Keep in mind the place was a ghost town, super empty!! Absolutely terrible service, will NEVER return to this restaurant with the worst service yet, as well as the mediocre food being served.

Hands down the BEST Pho and grilled pork spring rolls with peanut sauce which should be shared but you'll have a very hard time wanting to. The best part is the staff who I assume are the owners. Very welcoming spirit and so helpful and attentive with ordering and boxing up our pho. We will become regulars ❤️

I grew up in New Orleans, so I am rarely surprised by the quality of food and service I receive. Today, however, was one of those days I was surprised. I walked in on my 30 minute lunch break and asked the fellow at the front counter if they could prepare something quick because I only had 20 minutes left on my lunch break. He started laughing, then sits me and takes my order. I understood why he was laughing when my food came out in under 5 minutes. As I was eating I noticed the restaurant was busy and there were only two people working. But they still operated with a smile and swiftness.
I will be returning to give them more of my money!

The staff here is so kind and attentive. From the moment you walk in you are greeted and handed menus to look at. The food is fantastic as well and comes out of the kitchen quickly. Absolutely recommend!

Best pho I’ve had in a long time. The produce was very fresh, the broth was rich and complex, the meat was tender and flavorful. So glad I got the XL. It was huge and I was warned but I did finish it. The shrimp spring roll with grilled pork with the peanut sauce was delicious!!!
Was my first time having pho and it was really good! Perfect meal for a sore throat!

From the immaculately clean restrooms & dining area, to the many gorgeous, live plants that thrive indoors. Healthy plants thrive in healthy environments. In a word, Impeccable!! And I haven’t even gotten to describing the food yet!
I always order Phő and it’s consistently delicious, satisfying, fresh & everything I expect Phö to be.
When I left my house today, I was going to get some boiled crawfish. But when I drove past Phó Sunrise, I changed my mind and went there instead. Yeah … it’s THAT good!

Took 15 minutes to make my smoothie. The staff was not busy, just hanging out with other customers and wiping down tables. When they finally made my smoothie, the guy said here you go “Amigo.” So if I were white or asian they would’ve made my smoothie right away? Maybe I’ll tell all my “Amigos”in Kenner to go Pho Orchid or Pho Nola.
