Placed an order online at 3:40PM it is now 5:40PM. When you call the store it is forwarded to an off-site calling center. After speaking with them they tell you they will forward to the manager but it goes right back to the call center. I'll not be ordering from them again, this is unacceptable.

Ordered on June 24, 2019, 3 pizzas at 8:01 am online for a 5:00 pm carryout. One of the pizza I ordered extra pepperoni for my second topping, it was very little pepperoni on it. Order a Cheesy Bites Supreme Pizza, got a Original Stuffed Crust. I arrived at the store at exactly 5:00 PM, two of the pizzas were ready one they had to make. I had to wait 20 more minutes for that pizza even though I confirmed the order by phone at 4:10 pm. I was late for a function so I couldn't wait any longer so I left with these incorrect pizzas. Not a Happy Camper!

Very poor service... It's always some drama with this Pizza hut... Now they claimed the driver got robbed..this Pizza hut sucks..the manager kept sending me to different ext. No respect for the customer...calling cooperate and report these people asap..this is the second time I ordered n didn't receive my pizza...this is sad on every level... I'm gonna call better business bureau after I talk to cooperate... this place needs to be shut down asap...
Just got a delivery from your location, the driver didnt give me back my proper change back, I've called the pizza hut and a manager never came to the phone. I dont recommend this location to ANYONE!!! a few days ago we ordered here and had to wait 3 hours for our food that should had been here in 30minutes

The last visit and the last time I will order from Pizza Hut. I ordered on line. The order was to be ready in 20 minutes. I waited 15 minutes before I left my house. After arriving, I waited for over 1.5 hours for two very simple pizzas and two order of breadsticks. The employees didn't know what they were doing and swearing at each other. The only one that was working and putting together his own to go orders for delivery was the delivery man named Troy. As I said in the beginning, I will never order anything from Pizza Hut again.

We ordered 1 medium pizza 1 order of chicken and 1 chocolate brownie thing. At 5:24 pm this evening. It is now 7:39pm our delivery is still not here. Called the store at 7pm, they would not answer, my call was sent to an off site call center, who could only take orders. They kept transferring me to the stores manager line, which kept kicking me back to the call center, after talking to 6 different people and being on hold 30 minutes i gave up. I am super irritated now, and my kids are all upset because they where expecting puzza for dinner and got boxed macaroni instead.
