I ordered my pizza over an hour ago for delivery and still have not received it. The estimated delivery time was supposed to be 25-35 minutes. This is the first time in years that I ordered from them and it will be the LAST time. Save yourself the trouble and call Papa John's or anywhere else!

Twice I called called to ask them to add crush peppers to my order but no one answered the phone. All it does is send me to call waiting and then it cuts off, thus discontinuing my call. They need to have at least one person near the phone to answer at all times.

Tried the new pizza with the app on the edges...wonderful! Wonderful pizza hut and the delivery guy was nice too.

Our pizza arrived 70 minutes after we ordered it, and I blame the national ordering system for that, but a call or a credit would've been nice. But the real stinker was that we ordered 3 personal pan pizzas. ALL of them were beyond smashed, you could see from the outside of the box, but by that point, we were starving and not going to wait another 70 minutes or more for replacement pizzas. On top of that, the driver announced that they ran out of cookie dough so they made our $7 "giant cookie" dessert out of pizza dough, which was nasty. I will definitely not order from this particular pizza hut again and hope PepsiCo takes notice and steps it up a notch. They won't, but here's trying...
