So I placed an order online for delivery. Even though this location is not closest to my home, the Kenner, LA location is the one corporate has assigned for delivery to my address. They did not Dr. Pepper, so instead of calling and offering a substitution, the manager selected Pepsi. I don't drink Pepsi and when I called and said something, all I got was an apology and being out the money for 4 drinks because the manager couldn't use common sense.

Went in for carryout. When we got home we started eating our food but halfway through one of the pizzas my girlfriend started to have an allergic reaction to onions we were not supposed to have on her bbq, chicken olive pizza. I called multiple times to get ahold of a manager but no one answered, had to go to the store for the refund. I was highly upset still and although I did get the refund it was suggested I check the pizza next time so nothing like this happens. I couldnt see the onions even as we were eating until we figure it out after we had ate through some of it looking for the chicken in it, I thought the recipe had changed and the chicken was a lot smaller now or something. Ive honestly never had issues eating pizza hut before and not really going to go back.

I have been ordering pizza from Pizza Hut for many of years! I have never had a problem! The Kenner store on West Esplanade is the very best! Kudos to the staff there!! Our food is always delicious!

I order from this location only because it's less then 5 minutes from my house, but it amazes me how long it takes for delivery every time I order. I received a text saying my order was out for delivery, but then received another text like 15 minutes later saying that Grubhub was delivering my pizza in roughly 35 minutes. I waited about 50 minutes for the order to finally show up. Pizza was still hot and tasted good. I don't know if this location is short on delivery drivers or what, but the delivery is always the issue. I just have adjusted and always order my pizza an hour before I want to get it so that way it shows up at the time I wanted. Overall the pizza is always what I expect. Come to enjoy the thin crust because it's less calories, which is funny because I use to buy Pizza Hut pizza because they had the best crust.

I ordered food from them at 9:00pm our food was not delivered until 12:30 pm it’s was cold . by the time the food got to my house the store was already closed . so this afternoon i called the store and and was RUDLY greeted by who ever answered the phone and went on to explain what time our food had made it there delivered by door dash she caught a attitude and hung up the phone in our face . we just want our money back ??♀️ . i will never order from this pizza hut .

I had not been to pizza hut in Kenner in a while because of the quality of the food . Tonight changed my mind this pizza tonight reminded me of the old pizza hut I grew up with.

Worst branch there could even be. Last week we tried to order a pizza for delivery the guy just hung up on us. And today ( yesterday now ) we decide to give it another chance cus it was late and we were hungry so we order a pizza for delivery btw we have guest over and the order was place lady said 45 mins i was good. And hour and a half later i am calling and calling them like wheres my pizza no answer after another 10 mins of calling finally get a guy on the phone saying “ we are closed” and i say i know but wheres my pizza he straight up lies and says“ that i called u because we cant deliver your order and u said it was ok.” Like no sir i haven’t spoke to any of u since i ordered. He was rude and obnoxious!! Never ever gonna call this place again. Horrible service not Acceptable

Curbside delivery did not work on my phone, I was instructed to call the store on my app. So I attempted to call the store but was transferred to a national answering service. This is not the first time this has happened at this location and its becomes extremely frustrating. Especially when I bring my young child with me because I think my order will be brought out to my vehicle, but then I end up having to bring him into the store with me and try to get our food, watch him, and get everything back into my truck without loosing a child in the process. If its not working, the curbside option should be taken off the app.
