The lady was very unfriendly and unprofessional. On her phone/ear buds loud with all her business. God forbid you aren’t familiar with the menu and ask about anything. Being that this shop is located in a hospital, maybe have some professionalism.

Love the frozen protein velvet ice. No sugar added mocha or vanilla frozen coffee with protein powder. Yum!!
Love this place, though some items I personally don't like. You kind of have to search around for what you like best. I suggest the cafe au lait, hazelnut, or chai tea for those who like hot coffee and any velvet ice or granita for cold drink lovers. They have tea, coffee, and several pastries available, both sweet and savory. Can't go wrong with anyof the food, unless you're allergic.
