terrible customer went to order and when I said I wanted a 16 piece with the sides and she said what are they what kind of way is that to ask the side items the cashier had mask on but what's the purpose of having it on and not having it on she had it under her chin... just so rude and unprofessional
poor presentation of the employee working at this location in Kenner. Gave my fiance the worst customer service, refused to give him a receipt and she didn't have a name tag so he couldn't get her name. He didn't want to hold the line up, so didn't ask for a manager. I work in customer service and for me to leave a bad review, this person should not be allowed to work in this industry with that attitude. Luckily, our order was correct.
Couldn’t get the chicken the way I wanted. My family likes only white meat chicken and Popeyes refused to give me the white meat only which I have gotten before for an additional cost. I then called corporate which was no help they just told me they would pass the information on. My family ended up going to get Chinese food where we could get the white meat chicken only. #boycottpopeyes 😡😡😡
