I love me some popeyes, especially when it's cooked, right? However, this particular experience was subpar. I ordered Popcorn shrimp and a 2 piece chicken strip combo. My shrimp tasted like they were fried, allowed to sit n get cold, then redipped in the grease to appear fresh (they were disgusting). My strips were freshly fried but
fried so hard that the chicken inside the batter was nonexistent. I just did not enjoy the 6 did I appreciate wasting $15 bucks on food...

The kiosk to order is for the birds. After several attempts to order at kiosk we gave up and ordered at counter. Found it hard to navigate.
At least the they had someone waiting to take our order.

The cashier was a bit rude, but this is the representation of most employees with Popeyes, but I tell you this, Popeyes is a chain I currently live in San Antonio, TX you can definitely taste the difference in New Orleans Popeyes and San Antonio, Popeyes. Hands down New Orleans Popeyes is far better.
