Food was fresh and accurate and cashier was friendly. Even had spoons in the bag for the side order and napkins. Last few times I tried other locations, the food wasn't fresh and no way to eat the sides.

Waited in line for damn near 15 minutes before even having my order taken in the drive thru in one lane while I watched 3 cars get their order taken before mine much less those in the same line behind me. The whole wait took almost 30 minutes to get my food.

March 1, 2024....went through the drive thru. Ordered a 6 peice wing combo. The girl asked me what flavor I wanted and I stated no flavor. I also said I want plain wings. She asked me what kind of drink and I said Root Beer, she sated there is no Root beer. I then said Dr. Pepper and she said, you want a Coke. I said no I want a Dr. Pepper, she again said you want a Coke and again I said no I want a DP. She then came back with we don't have DP do you want a Coke and I said no I will take a lemonade. Got to the window and she took me money and gave me the drink and said pull up. She was very RUDE. We pulled up behind a car in the same lane...next to that car was another vehicle. Which caused me to be trapped in. Someone brought out the food for the car that was next to the car that I wad behind. Then someone else brought out the food to the car that was behind me in line, then someone else brought out the food to the car in front of me. Then I finally got my food. I asked why did the car behind me get their food first and RUDE girl said, because I got wings and not the chicken that was already cooked. So to top all that off the order was wrong, we got Spicy wings and I asked for plan wings with no seasoning.Why is it that people don't care? I will not go back to that location.

I visited this location on 2/19/24, I placed an order through the drive thru. The person taking the order repeated my order back to me and I replied that the order was correct. I received my food and got on the interstate, I had someone to go through bag only to realize I had been given the wrong order. I was going towards Baton Rouge and had passed 310 already, so there was way to turn around. The food was good, but not what I ordered.
Chicken was chewy and hard, and they forgot all of our sauces and straws. A very nice lady was super apologetic and told another lady that she had forgotten our items and she said I was on break it wasn't me. A simple "I'm sorry" and keep the drama to yourselves. The flow of traffic makes getting into or out of this business very difficult. Turning around to come back was even worse.

I asked for a 12 piece family dinner beans and mashed potatoes. I told them mild. I'm getting it for 2 ninety year old people I get a Red beams the size of one finger which is not a large even though it had a large sticker on it. But you can't help those who can't read or count, Then, when I get the chicken back to my parents, it's spicy when it was supposed to be mild so they can't listen either. It took 20 minutes plus from the time I paied for it to the time I got it in the vehicle multiple times they asked me to pull up. Cause they had to stop the timer. She said that there the number one chicken store i said they're cheating the system. And then they come out and say 3 minutes. Wow, 3 minutes was 20. The lady said the food was cooked already and everything. They just had to bag it, so you need to fire everyone in there and get people who can move a little faster and learn how to count., Chicken was under cook and saggy on one side. So I'm wondered how long it was sitting under the light.You should send corporate down there to clean up. And it was taken out because you can't dine in.Dietary restrictions: When I ask for mild, that doesn't mean give me spicy. 90 year old people can't handle spicy food. So I had to cook them a different meal once I got back.

Me and my husband went in because the app was giving us trouble, so we tried a self service kiosk, but that was tricky too. When I tell you Ms. Keosha helped us instantly and made us feel comfortable and not rushed, I tell no lie! Not only did she offer to take our order herself so that she could help, she also helped us get the best deal to fit what we wanted to eat. She was patient, organized, and helpful. On top of that, her and staff also made sure the order was prepared correctly and the food came out fast. That was by far the BEST service I have ever received at a popeyes in my life.
