The last 2 times coming here the food was old/cold and the fry potion was super small compared to the last 20 times. The price is way to high to get cold/old chicken and fries. I don't know what's changed but this place use to be great. Probably won't come back for awhile.
Let me preface this by saying the service was phenomenal and I know this is not a problem with the staff at this specific location as I have read about Raising Cane’s before, but holy hell talk about unseasoned chicken.I KNOW I KNOW, “it’s all about the sauce” but c’mon you can still season your food AND provide a fantastic dipping sauce (which I will admit their sauce is phenomenal, mix it with some hot sauce and *chef’s kiss* delicioso), those things don’t have to be mutually exclusive.I know a lot of people swear by Raising Cane’s, so your mileage may vary, but it’s not for me

JUST LEFT HERE, booooo where are the tomatoes ?! First the cashier said there was no toast, which is weird Canes already don’t have anything to choose from. No toast, so we had to get extra fries. WASNT EXTRA! We got the double fries from our box combo, that was it no extra fries for our “ no toast “… As we’re eating we see the cook in the back, the black man, MUNCHING DOWN on toast… So i’m pretty sure they had toast the whole time.Not to mention the black cook basically SCOLDED the cashier girl because she rung us up for toast even though “ they didn’t have any “ i guess cause he wanted it to himself ?… Screaming at the little girl, she’s like “ it was a mistake “ but how you scream in an establishment in front customers at somebody like that??? Very unprofessional Canes needs to do something about that man.. Can literally watch the cameras he was banging on the counter WHY WOULD YOU RING THEM UP FOR TOAST IF WE DONT HAVE NONE, as he scoffed down the toast after giving us our food. UNPROFESSIONAL. WONT BE BACK!!!! I hope the cashier goes somewhere else and that cook gets fired, BOOOOOO…????We also asked for extra crispy, food was still soggy. wont be getting anymore of my coins!

Usually have really good things to say about this location other than the long long lines in the drive-thru. But unfortunately when we went there it was very late at night and maybe even like one in the morning, but was very happy to see that it was open at that time. However, I've never been able to say this about Cain's until now, but it really felt like the food was just sitting in Greece awaiting an order. It was definitely not made fresh to order like it was very very greasy and I've never experienced that with canes before, it was absolutely gross. The only reason I did not put one star was because I've eaten here. Plenty of times and never experienced gross food like I did that night. My Google maps picked up that I was at that location that night and I guess I've never taken the time to put a review in on this location until now. So maybe I guess if someone is reading this my recommendations are please make the food fresh to order even though it's late at night because it was so greasy it was intolerable and we were not a large group but it was five of us and we all got at least a four-piece and I'm not even joking. When I say every single one of us got nauseous, even one person was throwing up because the grease was so heavy. You could literally see it through the french fries and chicken. The grease was so heavy. I can't even say it enough but it was so heavy. But I do know this location is not always like that so I won't give it a bad review. But I will recommend to please do fresh to order for each customer even when it's late at night ,
