Sal is the best. Very personable and always has time to chat and exchange a few stories. We drive all the way down from Louisville to buy the best alligator in the country. And hit up a few parades.

Chef Sal has the absolute best boiled crawfish and shrimp around. Ive been doing business with him for over 20 years. Will also be using him for a company crawfish boil in a few weeks.

Been doing business with Sal's for around 12 years now. I grew up in New Orleans, so I know the difference between a legit crawfish boil and the wanna be's that claim to be "Louisiana style" at all these Crab Hut/shacks. Hands down, the best crawfish I've had since I lived there. Customer service is great. They know how to spice them perfectly, pack em up and fly them to me every year! Got 600 lbs boiled to perfection, packaged and picked up at air freight in San Diego. Thanks again Sal! Talk to you next year for crawfish season again!

We are from Louisiana and now live in Maryland. We order live crawfish from Sal’s a couple times a season. The last shipment of crawfish was amazing. They were huge. Can’t wait to order more in a few weeks.
