I’ve been coming to Shishkabob house for nearly 10 years and i can honestly say that they have the BEST mediterranean food. Everything is always fresh and made to order and you literally cannot beat the prices. being able to support a local family business is also a plus! the restaurant is always clean and the service is amazing here too. Natalie has been my server since i started coming here almost 10 years ago so that speaks volumes on the way they value their employees. she is always so welcoming and makes you feel like family. if you’re looking for great food and an overall great experience, you won’t be disappointed coming here! i live in new orleans and its always worth the drive :)

Shishkabob House hit the spot. Tabbouleh was awesome, as was the chicken shawarma & gyro. Lentil soup was new to me, but it was also delicious!

I just had Shish Kabab from this Mediterranean restaurant and the food was absolutely delicious. The meat was tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. If you’re looking for amazing Mediterranean food, this place is definitely worth trying. Highly recommended!

I fell in love with Shishkabob House! The food was AMAZING - flavors were authentic and mouthwatering. The ambience was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a lunch or dinner with the family. And the service? Top-notch! Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend trying their shishkabobs (obvi!) and don't skip the baklava for dessert. 10/10 would go back!

The food was very good. The Greek salad traditional and excellent even though it was full of chopped green peppers that I'm not used to or a fan of. The kabob meat and rice were a little dry and I would have liked more onion and tomato with them. The tzatziki sauce was so fresh, very good although not creamy. The flat bread store bought. The humus good but no pizzazz. It was very quiet. Not fancy. Not busy. Good price for the baklava that was quite good.

I wanted to give a higher rating because I really the service and atmosphere — both were great. However, the food was quite disappointing. I came here because of the good Google reviews, but the flavors didn’t live up to my expectations. The hummus didn’t taste fresh, the chicken had an unpleasant smell as if it wasn’t well-marinated, and the lamb also didn’t taste fresh. I couldn’t taste the grilled meat. The salad that came with the meal seemed to have a bottled dressing instead of a Mediterranean-style one, which was disappointing. I truly hope the food quality improves because the place itself has good potential.

After a long 5-hour flight, eating at Shishkabob House was exactly the treat I needed! The food was absolutely outstanding 👌—fresh, flavorful, and truly authentic. Every bite tasted like it was prepared with care, and the variety on the menu made it easy to find something delicious.
The service was another highlight. Our waitress was excellent—friendly, attentive, and made us feel completely welcome from the moment we walked in. It’s rare to find service that feels so genuine, and it definitely elevated the whole experience.
On top of that, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax after traveling. Shishkabob House delivers on all fronts: great food, excellent service, and plenty of options for everyone.
