I don’t normally do reviews. However this particular location has given me cause for concern. First I was told by the assistant manager that they never give a complimentary smoothie with the purchase of the gladiator whey containers. I’d just been there a couple of weeks before and was asked how did I know about that and informed that the manager told employees not to offer it if it’s not requested by the customer. I left there and went to another location where I was given a complimentary smoothie with the purchase. On 10/1/2024, because it’s near the gym where I workout and I needed another container of protein, I decided to call and see if I would received a complimentary smoothie with my purchase before going to another location. The assistant manager that told me they didn’t offer it before, apologized and said she was wrong they do offer a complimentary smoothie with the purchase of a protein container… ok. Great! I went there to purchase the gladiator whey container and receive the complimentary 20 oz. smoothie. I also purchased the dark chocolate cashews. The cashier placed three additional charges around $2 and change which probably equated to the amount of the complimentary smoothie. She also charged me $4.19 before tax for the dark chocolate cashews which were tagged $3.49. It would have been better to just say we won’t give you a complimentary smoothie and then allow me to make a decision to purchase there or elsewhere. Won’t be going back to this location. Questionable charging practices.

Every time I get a smoothie from this location something goes wrong. Today was the last straw. I ordered a 32oz gladiator and it was disgusting. It was warm, chunky, watery... all around gross. I didn't even drink it, just wasted money on something I couldn't even drink. Also, why can I not use my smoothie king gift card at this location? What's the purpose of buying a gift card if I cant even use it. I have tried over and over again with this location since its close to my work but every single time there's an issue. I'm pissed. Literally stopped in the middle of work just now to write this review I am so mad.

There were 6 customers waiting inside. One of the employees ran to the back because her phone was going off. She was on her phone having a personal conversation while working on my smoothie bowl. She grabbed fruit with her bare hands after touching her phone. Phones are some of the dirtiest objects we touch.
Would give 0 stars if I could I Went in to get a smoothie told the young lady I wanted a large chocolate slim n trim she said the register was down so I waited 1 girl told the other do you know how to make that she said no the girl told her it is water cocoa powder and ice she proceeded to make it without nonfat milk or bananas like it says on the menu. I said never mind and left I am not paying for chocolate water they need more training..

The last few times I’ve gone I’ve ordered online and when I get there nobody is making my order and there are no other customers. My smoothie has been consistently poor quality with chunks of ice and missing/extra ingredients. This place used to be very consistent but I’m not going back anymore.

My last two visits here have been below what I expect and demand. Last time I did an online order and the wrong size was made despite it being on the ticket. The girl working the counter made me go back to my vehicle toHey my phone and show that it was ordered as a large despite the fact that I was charged for a large. This time I show up after the time it should have been made on the order and nothing was there. I get asked if I went to the right location which I read to them the address on my mobile app. Then the ticket was found to make the order.
