“I fell for an ad from the Kenner Sonic Drive-In promising ‘delicious’ food, and that’s on me. The food was awful, but the customer service somehow managed to be worse. Complaining to corporate is a total waste of time—nothing but runaround, empty promises, and zero follow-up despite multiple calls. To top it off, I learned Buffalo Wild Wings is owned by the same parent company, so enjoy a two-for-one boycott. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money. Five Guys, I apologize for ever cheating on you.”

They provided me with the wrong order and after I requested to get the order I asked for they provided me with a drink cup full of entirely ice. They are cheaters and deserve the lowest possible rating.

Increasingly declining. Placed an order at the speaker, waited 2 minutes for confirmation to pull up, didn't get one, pulled up waited 5 more minutes and no one ever opened the window. I think the person infront of me also left without food.
