We arrived and got the button to order, the woman told me it would be a couple of minutes before they could take my order. I waited about 10 minutes and pressed the button again. I wanted another few minutes. Others around me started to leave. After giving up. I finally gave up and left about 15 to 20 minutes after arriving having never even having my order taken

This has to be the worst fast food restaurant ever !!! The service is really bad and very slow

Come here if you want to be disrespected!! I came here and ordered 2 burgers and a hotdog with extra onions. Got home and not a single onion on either sandwich. I go back and tell the lady and she says we're out of onion. Great! Why didn't you just tell me that especially after I tipped you!! They don't have to ever worry about me coming back here and if you want to avoid what I went through don't eat here

They shut down their ice cream machine 20 minutes before they even close. Why even stay open if you are just going to say you can't make and order?

Ordered an oreo cheesecake shake. Took 30 minutes. But then I got the wrong shake. Oreo comes with oreo, right? and where's the cheesecake?

it had something brown sprinkled on one side like heath, maybe?
called back to replace and said it was the wrong shake, and I had ordered oreo cheesecake
this shake is sad
oreo dust within the ice cream and no cheesecake for $6?
I expect better. used to be better cookie & cheesecake crumbles on top at least and usually blended throughout the shake.

oh well, I guess Sonic has gone to hell, too 😔

This was the absolute worst experience that I have had at a Sonic. I got there at 11:20 and waited in line for 40 minutes until 11:57 and we were about to order and they said “no we are closed” I am never going back.
