Had a delivery order my order was not ready. I guess the lady who was barking all the orders that everyone there I guess she’s the GM or the manager not sure but it was ridiculous that day and it was outrageous. She was just barking orders like. She was talking to children. It was weird.

Got my order and it was wrong at the third time I'm like I'll just take whatever. Should have had my drink comp at that point.
Starbucks is definitely not what I'm used to.
For the past couple months everything i go, the Matcha Lattes are basically Milk drinks, with Matcha. Don't know what's going on, but definitely not worth it. Not getting my fix!
The coffee is good and the service is great however the atmosphere was deplorable! Trash all over the lobby, garbage cans full, flys in food case. Someone definitely needs go be on lobby duty more often.

Initially, the staff seemed unfriendly, questioning me about using the restroom as soon as I walked in, unaware that I had already placed an online order. However, when I received my coffee and noticed something was off with the taste, Red quickly addressed the issue. Red was incredibly accommodating and friendly, completely turning what started as a negative experience into a positive one. Their exceptional hospitality has ensured I’ll be coming back. This level of service is unmatched!

We got here at 9:10am waited a normal amount of time to get to the speaker box however after we ordered once we got to the window it took 5 minutes to get food, and another 20 minutes of sitting there for 2 drinks. I will say The man at the window whose name was David was very kind and helpful and made the whole experience better.
But having worked at Starbucks before this was totally unacceptable, by the time we departed the window it was 9:48am, from the moment we arrived and left the whole ordeal was 40 minutes.
If you read this just got to another Starbucks because the wait is not worth it.

Service wonderful. Very clean bartistas are very nice and friendly and very welcoming. Drinks were delicious and baked goods were very fresh.

The last two times I’ve gone through the drive-thru during the AM shift, staff was rude and unpleasant, first time I got eyes rolled at me by a new employee I’ve never seen for asking for my drink to be garnished the way it’s suppose to be and what I pay for, second time ( also new employee ) the barista acted as if she hated her job. Next time I’ll just go get an ice coffee from McDonald’s since the service is the same, or go to another location where they don’t just hire anyone. Not going back.
