The coffee is good and the service is great however the atmosphere was deplorable! Trash all over the lobby, garbage cans full, flys in food case. Someone definitely needs go be on lobby duty more often.

However, when I received my coffee and noticed something was off with the taste, Red quickly addressed the issue. Service wonderful. Very clean bartistas are very nice and friendly and very welcoming. Drinks were delicious and baked goods were very fresh.
