(I visited 5 times this location before writing this review)
This is by far the worst Starbucks location I've been to. I visited it 5 times (between January and July 2024), and only once I got my coffee right and smoothly. Twice I waited a ridiculous amount of time (10+ minutes with 3-4 customers before me), and twice I walked away empty-handed because they didn't have black coffee and didn't offer an alternative. The staff seems unprepared and not caring at all about their jobs. Some of them are anything but friendly and give you a "what the hell you want" look when you approach the counter. (In my 5 visits, only one guy was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. But I didn't get his name. Sorry).
I truly hope someone do something with the bad reviews this location is getting. It's great having a Starbucks within Target but this one is too low for the standards.

I am a Starbucks addict. With that being said, this location (1 of 3 within short distance from my home) is 100% hands down, THE best of Metairie or Kenner. Super friendly barristas, always work to get out fast, accurate orders, and obviously a well managed location. That's why I drive a little further to go here. Despite stopping daily for well over a year, I've never had an inaccurate order. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Mr. Tim

the “barista”/target worker, not sure what she was, was rude to us and clearly did not want us to be ordering drinks. she approached us as if she was not happy to be at work. i think you guys should put the “now hiring” sign back up.

The Chai cream Frappuccino is really good. Has a lot of cinnamon in it. The refreshers are always a good choice when it's hot outside.

My only disappointment is the fact that Starbucks located inside of Target doesn't have sitting but if it's nice outside I always sit on the bench and smoke my favorite cigarette.Coffee ☕ & a cigarette you can't beat that if are a dedicated smoker such as I am as I do enjoy it because if wasn't a personal pleasure I wouldn't partake all the while being respectful of others who do not smoke.
