Ive gone to this starbucks many times now and im always disappointed. Either my drink takes 15 longer than the expected time to make or its not right .

I’m not sure what happened to this store, it used to be the best between New Orleans and Metairie and the service is absolutely terrible now! They need more staff! One worker at night and during the holidays is insane. You pull up to the speaker and they make you wait 10 minutes before ordering. Granted the girl who is always in there working is busting her butt but she needs help!

The baristas were kind but the manager was very off-putting and made the baristas look scared. It also smelled weird in the building, like bad milk.

I ordered two lattes in ceramic mugs. After about 15 minutes, I asked for 2 glasses of water, but it took another 15 minutes of waiting in line just to get it. Many people were standing around, and the service didn’t feel very organized or professional

My only complaint is this place needs a MOBLIE ONLY LANE. So dumb people who don't know how to you an app can wait for awhile like they make the rest of us smarter people.

My drink was made incorrectly (I asked for a strawberry matcha and got a frappe instead) and when I asked the manager on duty (I believe her name was Senta?) to please remake it she was very rude and unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this location. :(

Some of the employees were just standing out in group blocking the drive thru, idk what they were doing but I ended up leaving and they seen there was cars waiting and just didn’t turn their heads… weird

I stop in various locations due to my work bringing me all over the Greater New Orleans area. This location has been the most consistent where they seem to have pride in the product they create. I’ve encountered only friendly staff here.

I got the new drink iced horchata oat milk shaken espresso. Let me tell you that I got 3 small drinks for almost $20!!!!! That is outrageous And worst of all IT DID NOT TASTE NOTHING LIKE HORCHATA ! Not even a hint! I’m Hispanic I MAKE HORCHATA I know what how it taste. I get that it’s mixed with or milk and other stuff but not even a hint of nothing -_-

The employees at this store need to be more proactive and efficient in helping customers. Especially those serving at the window and the person standing outside taking orders. They should have better customer service and not be so rude to customers. If you, as a customer, visit or order something from a place, you expect good service. You don't come to the place to have someone speak rudely to you for no reason. I don't usually complain, but it was necessary to report it. It was an unacceptable moment.

Worker seemed to be rushing us which some could say it’s normal because of how busy the restaurant tends to be. My issue was just the Bacon Gouda. The quality of the sandwich was very poor and it was wayyy overpriced for what we got. The bacon was soggy and only covered roughly 1/3 of the sandwich. Basically just ate a low quality egg sandwich with a little bit of soggy bacon for 5.25 + tax AND they have the guts to request for a tip as well, complete mediocre.
