NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION…..me and my husband recently went into this location neither of them spoke any English I tried to explain what I wanted the menu was confusing I tell the guy that I wanted pepper jack cheese and he just shook his head no and put some random sauce that I didn’t ask for… ok fine whatever I’ll deal with it well the thermostat was set to 77 inside and there was no music nor nothing what so ever the sandwiches were so dry my husband chocked on his…. zero ice in the machine while it’s 77 degrees in the location… we always used to go here and it was amazing they must have changed staff because I will no longer go back to this one an absolutely horrible experience don’t recommend it for anyone

I have always received good quality subs from this store until recently. I don't know if it's under new management or they have new staff but the last 2 times I have ordered the food has been terrible! Both times I ordered double meat and not only did I not get double I don't think I even got a single portion. There was NO cheese what so ever. Do yourself a favor and don't order from this store. 1 employee there makes the sandwich like a normal person at subway would. 1 employee gives me a coupon. I've had to ask for more meat after I saw 1 slice of roast beef on my 6 inch sandwich. So he gave me an extra half piece of roast beef. The veggies look questionable. If I have to pay $11 dollars plus for a 6 inch sandwich combo, I want to taste the meat on the sandwich. I avoid going here unless I see the 1 chick that makes the sandwich like a person should. I don't put 1 slice of meat on my sandwiches at HOME. I dislike strongly how they ration the meat & stretch the veggies.

Placed an online order. Arrived and they were still making it, that’s ok. So I tried to person making my sandwich and he ignored me and he knew it was for me. I ordered a meatball and the meatballs ended up being hard. I had asked for extra lettuce and tomatoes they didn’t do that and they smashed 3 sandwiches into one of the small bags and didn’t add any napkins. Last time at this subway for me.

This Subway advertised as closed at 10pm. Went there at 9:25pm to a locked door and told that they are closed. This is the third time this has happened. Tired of places not honoring their hours of business.
First time, friendly people. And very clean but they don't put what is necessary for consumption, no fork, spoon, knives to eat my salad. not napkins. ???
