Ordered online, picked up through drive through. Food wasn't ready so they had me go around and wait by door for them to bring out. So after checking, I was missing a few items. I sent my oldest child in to retive the items while i waited with younger ones. The guy told my daughter I only paid for 1 cinnamon twist and it was in the bag. There's a lable on the bag that clearly says 2 cinnamon twist are supposed to be in there. He was telling the other employee that I was trying toget free food. My daughter was extremely embarrassed. I also ordered a large fry and it was only half full

Everytime I come there they get my order wrong . One time they litterally got my order wrong 4 times which is bazar . This time the manager was playing with my intelligence he should not be the manager . They absolutely impolite and after all this time they got my orders wrong this had to be my last time . Not to mention they just thrown your food together !

The worst Taco Bell. It is consistently bad whether you order delivery or order at the drive thru. They constantly give you the wrong items, the wrong sauces and sometimes the food is stale.

Food was ok, a little sloppy but still good. I hate the AI talk box you have to order from. I would rather order from a person. The people ahead of us had some trouble with the AI and it took forever to get resolved. Very annoying, they also had a very large order.... Hmmm. We wanted to go inside and sit down to eat but it was locked at like 5 pm. Not sure why. 5 pm on a Sunday just locked. Last time I was able to go inside they wouldn't print my receipt. Annoying.

11 pm chicken quesadilla and baja blast freeze, genuinely the best meal ive had in MONTHS the quesadilla wasn’t cut but i don’t even care i ate it like a sandwich two handed it was perfect i wouldn’t change a thing because this 11pm post concert chicken quesadilla changed my life

We order from Taco Bell often for the office the chalupa's in our orders are aways Beef. BEEF is on the order stuck to the box but we are always given chicken. We always try to call back and noone answers the phone. Very crappy work.....
The man looking lady gave me my food I proceeded to check it she told me to move I told ha I’m checking my food…she proceeds to call Kenner police and lie and said I was there bout 5 min and wouldn’t leave when I was just making sure my food was good it wasn’t even a min but it’s sad because ppl like this shouldn’t work at a establishment that supposedly offer fresh food but hey it’s Taco Bell ….she got whats coming……what comes around goes around….never again

Service: workers basically ignore you or laugh because your name (my name) sounded funny to them.
Atmosphere: homeless people in the dining room (more than 2) cutting up with the staff, not eating, just hanging out.

I have bought burritos here and it's hit or miss. I get jipped out of my extra cheese and sauce I paid for, it's like I pay for the words and get nothing on the burritos. Some people seriously don't need to work customer service.
