Do NOT go there for food.
They will serve you all old food. They don't honor the stickers that tell them when to throw something out. To save on food cost, they just swap the stickers for new ones. If you get a taco from here, I'd say 2 of the ingredients will be long past the date. It's disgusting.
The employees are also rude. I've seen them make people literally cry from how mean they will get with people. More than one screaming match has been started as well.
They are also woefully understaffed because management will harass employees that aren't 'in' with them until they quit.
Main point is stay far away. You're better off hitting a McDonald's because at least you know they are busier and will more than likely have something fresher.
This Taco Bell needs to be closed or almost completely restaffed. They regularly break the food code to bring down food cost and the customer is never right.

I went thru the drive thru & ordered a crunch wrap supreme and a Diet Pepsi. She asked me if I wanted to round it up to $7.00 for some organization & I said sure. Paid my money; got home & all I got was one taco. Tried calling them several times & no answer. This was at 10:45 am Jan. 29th. Way to go Taco Bell on Williams. Never again!!!

i wanted to pay with cash and i swear to god that one dude walked right past me and couldnt take my 20 dollar bill, i ended up waiting 20 minutes before walking out and going to the drive through . its called fast food for a reason
It’s good but they are always missing items and I mean it has happened multiple times. Might as well close up if you can’t sell more half the menu. How you run out of beef and nachos that’s what people from from here.

Make an order in a hurry and didn’t “deep check” the bag before leaving. When I finally open the bag I was missing more the half my combo I order. I was already 20 minutes away for the store so I wasn’t going back, call them the first time and I was ask to call 10 minutes later because they were “busy” but didn’t answer. Keep calling until I last time someone answered claiming he/she didn’t understand what was I saying. Order was a number 6 beef chalupas that is supposed to come with 2 chalupas and 1 crunchy taco and a drink. They only gave me 1 beef chalupa and a large tasteless pepsi, the other 2 items were missing.
