I didn't get the sauce that I had requested. So, I went to the counter and the lady started to tell me that there was no one to help me. That I need to go to the kiosk if I wanted to place an order. This was before she even let me speak. When I finally did tell her what I was missing. It took her 2 tries to get me the right sauce I asked for. Word of advice dine at your own risk.

Never have baja blast. I mean never. Also had me pull forward for 1 hard taco and 1 cheesy steak. Wasn't very many people there.

This is a very clean and nice restaurant. And….one of the few we’ve been to that actually serves Dr. Pepper!!! Would definitely stop here again!

Drive thru takes 5-10 min just to come to the speaker. Then another 10-15 for your order, even with no one else in line. Went there 12/22/24 @9:30 and was told they weren't taking orders due to changing shifts. 10pm, same story. Went 5 min away to the Williams location and they were banging out orders with a packed drive thru. So owners, if your profit has decreased, its bc your staff literally refuses to work. Have also gone in the afternoon and they weren't taking orders and doors locked. The worst taco bell location from Kenner to the Westbank. Will never go back.

*Sigh* This location is a reminder of why I don't go back because it only leads to disappointment. I order my food 10 minutes before I drive to pick it up, and when I arrive 3 minutes later I get a text saying my food is ready and then I don't get my order until 15 minutes after...and no the place was not busy and now I know why. I recommend you go to another location.

Tried to go inside to eat and doors were locked during lunch hours went to front door it was unlocked. As I'm ordering from the kiosk I couldn't find the # 5 nacho bel grande combo looked though the whole kiosk and couldn't find it,so I asked the worker for help to find it he looks at me and says it's in there, then walks away, so we went to leave and the doors were locked behind us but the place was clean and beautiful inside never had a chance to eat because of poor service.
