Brought our silverware in a glass of hot water. Then waitress asked friend if she wanted cheese on her grits and she said yes and waitress brought a plate with 2 slices of cheese on it. WTH? Not sure if all the waffle houses are like this, but this particular one (Kenner)near MSY airport. Weird as heck.
On a positive food was decent and inexpensive. We prob should have run out as I wondered if silverware was clean????

one older white lady working, being bully by the 3 black workers, including the manager. Cross to me is 3 races black people. Why are you gonna sit there and tell me the customer what the elderly lady is not doing. That should never be something a customer has to deal with.

At Waffle House, the waitresses may seem slow, but the taste of the food makes up for it. Despite a few hiccups like cold food and mixed-up orders, the servers are professional and helpful. The staff, including Josh, April, and Neech, are welcoming and friendly, making it a great experience. Although some mistakes happen, like mixed-up orders when the grill cook, Chris, is not around, the overall atmosphere is very friendly. Great for anyone craving waffles and a warm, welcoming environment.
