The customer service was HORRIBLE. From spilling a drink on me to telling me no when asking for extra sauces (not even giving me the option to pay) to having to go back because the order was incomplete, and darn near throwing the food at me.. I definitely wouldn't recommend!

First off this Wendy’s is only like 2 minutes from my house, I’ve been stop going there because the attitudes of the workers there is horrible, especially in the evening I decided to go there because it’s close and I just had surgery so I can’t drive far Same horrible service, then originally I wanted a apple pecan salad they said they were out I decided on this nasty stale mess As soon as I opened it smelled, then look at the hard pieces of chicken, just to think I paid almost $10 for this killer food Never again. Officially done with they trifling ways

I don't know how long their a/c been out, but it was over a hundred degrees outside. It felt hotter inside than outside. The employees were as nice as they could be in these conditions, but they should have closed temporarily until it was fixed. That was unacceptable.

Horrible experience. I ordered 2 egg biscuits with just butter, no cheese! Specifically stated no cheese. Both of them had cheese on them and the lady working the register was cursing when she opened the window. Very, very unprofessional.
