I placed an order through the app and when I arrived at the drive thru, no one responded, I said hello loudly yet no one responded. I pulled up to the window and the manager told me to back up, I know it is because there is a sensor and they get graded on time. Then I waited five minutes before I drove off without my food. I placed my order ten minutes before arriving at Wendy’s. I wasn’t going to wait all day. I haven’t been to this location in a while because the last few times I came to this location, the food had a weird taste and I got diarrhea once. Either they are not properly rotating the ingredients (because they are lazy) or they don’t empty the containers that hold prepared ingredients of the sanitizer water.

I would not recommend this restaurant. No ice, no napkins, no salt, no ketchup, flat soda, but God Bless Mrs. Elizabeth. Shame on the woman in charge, pushing her to the point of tears while the other team members did far below the bare minimum.

Almost every time I’ve gone to this location there’s an issue. This time I ordered a single baconator specifically with no mayonnaise and they put mayonnaise on it. I ordered the new nugs with the garlic sauce disgusting soggy garbage. It’s been at least three years since I went to this location and I live right by it never again It’s like the staff doesn’t give a damn at all and I guess the owner doesn’t either.

Absolutely the worst fast food experience i’ve ever had. took awhile to even get someone to take our drive thru order, then the lady kept repeating things back wrong, and kept trying to give us our total without asking if we were done(we weren’t) when we pulled around they handed us our drinks, one of which were wrong, so we tried to get their attention to get it fixed and they ignored us when it was obvious we were trying to get their help, then when the food came out, they lazily put our things in the bag, things were spilt and on top of each other, they also forgot an entire nugget meal AND the nuggets for a biggie bag. They never gave us our receipt when we pulled around front, telling us they didn’t give our nuggets, they didn’t believe us and told us we were wrong so we grabbed our bags and showed them and they gave us attitude.
