The salad was rotten, slimy and expensive, for a fast food restaurant... I used to love Wendy's salads, but the past few years, their salads have been the worst experience... Higher prices lower quality... Very disappointed. I was craving that salad...

As soon as I arrived, I was told to “pull up” even though there was no car behind me—just another car in front that was obviously told the same thing. I was trying to ask the cashier to add condiments to my breakfast order (placed through the app, which doesn’t allow that option), but she just kept repeating, “Yeah, just pull up… just pull up.”

When the food arrived, I asked the young lady if she could bring me some condiments, and she simply turned around as if she didn’t hear me—completely ridiculous. The food looked like it had been sitting for a while and was far from the quality I expect from Wendy’s.

I filed a complaint online, but nothing came of it. It’s clear the staff only cares about drive-through speed metrics, and management doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. I will never return to this location. If I could give zero stars, I would.

They are always slow with acknowledging that you have pulled up to the voice box. They always are out of something. Ice cream, food, drink. They mess up orders majority of the time. The establishment is never open as late as google claims for them to be. The sign hasnt been lit up for a while now so its hard to tell when they are open.

Just wasted 30 mins of my life waiting at the drive thru.. it took 20 mins to get to the speaker, once at the speaker I was there for 10 mins & not once did they say one word other than a woman having a conversation with another employee. The girl on front of me was at the window over 10 mins. Owners should really look it this, I'm sure this can't be the only time this happens.

I I tried to use a coupon--- bad idea. Somehow the rude manager on duty knew that they didn't accept these coupons before.I was even able to say what it was or what it was for hydro I drove a couple miles.
And Couldn't even take the coupon out of my wallet before I was out the door

Got a spicy chicken sandwich meal. Got home and bit into chicken and it was cold. Looked at it and it's still raw inside. Very disappointed, you could get some sick from this.
