We ordered online and came 20 minutes later to get our food. They were not done with our order and said that 10 pieces are allowed 2 flavors only and 6 pieces are allowed 1 flavor (which is understandable IF THEY STATED IT ONLINE) so we had to change our order at the restaurant. I paid $28 for all flats extra ranch 10piece wings and they gave me one BC sauce and no extra ranch and when I asked for extra ranch because I obviously paid for it online they all three looked at each other like they didn’t know what was going on. The energy and attitudes from the employees could be looked over if the food was bomb but the blue cheese dressing was MILKY CLEAR. I repeat MILKY. The wings’ sauce were salty. I got sweet heat (not one lick of sweetness was tasted, JUST HEAT) and jerk (just a bit too salty and watery). The pineapple lemonade was alright. It was the best thing I got cause at least it didn’t disappoint. Wasn’t real pineapple but was still good.

I’ve been here plenty of times I like the food but I’ve had enough The people who work here are so unprofessional and rude, they literally will argue with you that you are wrong about YOUR OWN ORDER, if you get the wrong thing they won’t fix it unlike other places if something is wrong they will fix it, it’s all about the customers if I order something and I get another because the cashier got it wrong why am I not able to get what I wanted ? smh they won’t take accountability customer service will make you not want to come back.

I put it an order for small onion rings and fries and not only were they $12. Very overpriced, but i waited more than 30 minutes on my order. There should be no reason fries and onion rings should take more than 10 minutes if even that.

These wings and crawfish balls were so damn good! I got garlic parm and bourbon glaze for the wings, can’t even pick a favorite! I was surprised how much I enjoyed the garlic dry rub since I usually stick to saucy wings. The order was 100% correct, hot upon arrival, and good portions! I’ll be back!

I’m not from Louisiana and I wanted to try some good Hot Wings and came across this place and paid $17 for a 10 piece all flats hot wing plate with no fries and asked for them to be fried hard just to get soggy hot wings with no fries for that price.

The woman with the blonde hair the cashier may be the owner is very rude.On the phone was very impolite and not very helpful. In the store she told me to “pipe down” because I asked did they already fulfill my order and if not would I be able to change the wing flavor to the one I was trying to ask for on the phone. Cook was very nice and told me have a great day she was very appreciated !
I ordered a 6 piece sweet heat wings with mesquite ranch fries (got regular Cajun ranch) and a bbq (doesn’t taste like BBQ, possibly homemade) with Cajun ranch fries. The wings were very salty, as if it was overly seasoned. The ghetto punch taste like pure pineapple juice so if you’re a fan of pineapple then get it if not don’t! The vibes service and atmosphere is amazing!

This was our first time at this location. It was delicious! We had been to the one near Rampart Blvd previously and loved it. The crawfish bites, Cajun ranch fries and the wings are delicious. Definitely will be back!
