I ordered three six piece wing combos from door dash and only received two. I first contacted my dasher to let them know I was missing an order, but the dasher said they were only given one bag with the drink holder. I called the restaurant and asked about the missing wing combo. I spoke with two different ladies and they were both very rude and unprofessional. They insisted they gave the dasher two bags and that she must have given my order to someone else. They said they couldn’t help me and that I needed to contact Door Dash.I even asked if they could make another order and I would come pick it up, but they refused. They ended up hanging up on me and did not take any responsibility. I will not be ordering from Wing Snack Express again.

Got the sweet hot wings and fries and all of it was fantastic. Wings were juicy, some of the best wings I’ve had in awhile. Will definitely make this a must stop every time I come back to New Orleans! Straight slacking if you skip out on this

I was recommended here. I'm not from here but boiii this some some right here. I bit one wing and had to lay this review. In the middle of this review I'm doubling back in their to get onion rings I couldn't decide on. These wings just made me decide. Black owned great job fam.
The texture and taste of the wings and fried catfish were exceptional.The punch drink was delicious.

I came in cause I luv lemon pepper wings but when I ask for 6 or 8 piece she said I had to get fries and drink too for 14.99 But I only wanted wings ??? I don’t eat fries or drink kool aid, so they only have a 10 piece by itself for 16.99, instead having a wing special for under 10$ Or a small order of wings for whatever price they want; they will try to charge you 14 or 16$, they will lose a lot of business being greedy

The food is amazing!! I was so shocked when I tried their ranch fries I had never tried something like that before, the ambiance of the place is pretty cool and chill nothing crazy but is still nice if you would like to dine, the food is incredible and I feel everyone should try them at least once!

They put a billboard up across the street that says “best wings in the state” and to that i have to say, about damn time! They really are the best wings in the state without a doubt, and thats before you move on to the loaded fries and varieties of punch. You could throw darts at the menu and pick whatever they land on and i promise you will be more than happy with what you get. This food is made FRESH and from the soul i come here every time i pass Williams blvd!Parking: Shop shares a parking lot with a few other establishments but you should be able to find a spot or 2

Went here today and food was good, hot, fresh, and made to order. Only complaints I had was the food was a little pricey and customer service was a little lacking.

The service was good and the environment was cool. I ordered a 10pc lemon pepper w/ cajun ranch fries and a sm. drink, my total came up to $26 and some change. The food was fresh and didn't take long. The chicken drumettes were hard though, I only ate 3 and probably gonna just take a loss on this one cause I'm not gonna eat the rest. I think I may be done with wings. (My personal opinion though)
Good food, and the lady had great customer service. I gave the atmosphere 3, only because it's not my advantage type of place I go out to eat. However for the it's grab and go spirited place it's great for that... it's not a dating , spot, or that let me go here deal for me... that food was goodIt's a chicken joint. ?
