Had trouble being understood when placing the order. I said spring rolls not egg rolls 3x. I ordered mandarin chicken all white meat with white rice. It was fried rice, with shrimp, I have a seafood allergy. I wanted a small vegetable rice side order. It was a full container, I got charged for a meal for a side order. The chicken was alright. No where near the quality it used to be. The egg rolls were gross. The fried rice didn't get eaten and the vegetable rice was dry, tasteless and for the price should have had entre vegetables not peas and diced carrots. Terribly disappointed. Waste of almost $40. What a shame. Most of it went uneaten. Tempted to return it.

It is a pity that the food tastes good, but the customer service is disgusting, the cashier has a very bad attitude towards the customer, the cashier or receptionist has a very bad attitude, remember that customers get to buy, not to order.

Horrible people. Food was terrible..I ordered Mandarin Chicken and received Fried Chicken no lettuce and deeply fried I called them and the lady was rude stating we don't serve it like we used to.Well don't serve it as Mandarin Chicken. Couldn't even eat it and wasted my money

I’m not surprised by the nasty attitude reviews because the Asian cashier is very racist. I come to this restaurant far too often to be met with such hostility and disrespect. I told her my pork fried rice was spoiled, with a rancid odor, to which she responded it was the meat, which was odorous. Even if the meat had a funky smell, she should’ve still considered the entire rice dish to be spoiled and uneatable. Instead of promptly refunding my money, she told me to go to another restaurant next time. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. If you’re Black, be mindful of the business you give to this restaurant because they don’t respect your business enough to offer basic patronage. I guess it’s believed we complain about race too much, as a unit, because we won’t accept blatant disrespect over food we are paying for. And if Young’s does read their reviews, I won’t be back to this restaurant. If you like spoiled food and disgusting attitudes, this is the restaurant for you. There are far better options that know how to treat customers with respect that is afforded to them.

Folks with food allergies BEWARE! I order the samething 2 - 3 times a week. 1 or 2 large orders of shrimp fried rice NO EGGS. Today I called and was put on hold as soon as the lady answered. When she came back on the phone I placed my order for shrimp fried rice NO EGGS. I get home to feed my family and the rice has eggs. They were not willing to correct the order. The woman who answered was very nasty and rude. She refused to get her manager. Yeah, my family and I will NEVER order from this place again. I hope it was worth losing a group of frequent customers.
