Since we’ve been stuck at home with the winter storm my family wanted something from Sonic. So I made an order on the app spending more than $80 for everyone, upon arriving to the Kentwood location and receiving my order I the carhop that I had ordered medium, ice creams so she took that back inside and got that fixed well I continued to check my order and realized I was missing another item. Between them getting your food wrong, even though they make you repeat your order because they weren’t listening, the high prices ($15 for a combo meal) and the low-quality of the food, I recommend avoiding this disappointing location all together.
