We chose big sky after always eating at noodles every time we go to coushatta (it's closed weds) for a special occasion dinner. We absolutely loved everything about our dinner. We were seated promptly, served very well & nicely by our waitress & all of the food was excellent & hot. Will definitely go again.

Really enjoyed our meal and service with one exception. All of the food was prepared as ordered and tasted great. However I thought the ribeye steak was a little on the tough side, especially since it's advertised as “prime grade”. It tasted great and was prepared as ordered (medium). Another person at our table ordered the same steak prepared medium rare and it also was a little tougher than expected. Everything else was very good with no complaints. The service was outstanding and everyone was exceptionally friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to return at some point in the future.

I have two stars because the Hostess is the person who welcome people to the restaurant. Well there hostess is rude and unwelcoming. Myself and two other couples agreed that her hospitality was terrible and made us all feel unwelcome and wish we choose another casino steakhouse to visit.

Valentine Day dinner with violin music background! Honey Bourbon Glazed Salmon and Snapper Pontchartrain were both delicious, but star was the Brussels Sprouts (veggie of the day)! Crème Brûlée was delicious also.

On Saturday night before our event, the four of us decided to eat at Big Sky Steakhouse. We were able to be seated without any wait time nor a reservation. We were promptly greeted with a smile and friendliness. Two of us ordered sodas and two of us ordered drink from the bar. Everything came out quickly and we also received some fresh bread and different butters. Our waiter explained all the different types of bread and butters. When we were ordering everything out waiter even asked if we had any food allergies, I don't think I've ever been asked that at a restaurant. That was so thoughtful. We ordered two appetizers, the grilled oyster au gratin and the pan-seared scallops. We ordered our food as well, which was wedge salad, French onion soup, Caesar salad with shrimp, snapper Pontchartrain, 22oz bone-in cowboy ribeye steak, and a seafood pasta. I tried everything. Everything was AMAZING to me except the rice that was under the fish for the snapper. Everyone at the table liked it except for me.The oysters and scallops were phenomenal. The shrimp were HUGE. The French onion soup was on an entirely different level.Everything came out fast and hot. Will have to go again!

Great food. Service was very subpar for the caliber of this restaurant. Table never cleared between courses. Long wait for drink service.

Got there a few minutes early and was seated right away. Service was great. A little disappointed that my entre didn't have as much spinach as I expected, but flavor was good. Yes I would recommend. It was a bit cold in the restaurant also good thing I had a jacket.

7pm reservation. Food on the table for 7:30.Bread & butter were great.I ordered Chicken Marsala, and the wife ordered some chicken pasta. My Marsala was edible but tasted like it came out of a box, the mashed potatoes and gravy were possible from Wal-Mart. The chicken was thin and tough. The side of asparagus was delicious. The chicken pasta was good, no complaints but also didn't impress. We almost ordered steaks, I'm not sure if we made a mistake or dodged a bullet. The server was mediocre. From 7 to 8pm there were only 6 tables, roughly 16 people dining.Money would have been better spent at Olive Garden in regards to the individual meals that we ordered.

The food @ The Big Sky was fantastic. I got the filet and my husband got the red snapper. I also had cream brûlée. They have a great menu and a large desert selection. Top notch service.

We just had dinner at Big Sky Steakhouse a few hours ago, and we're beyond impressed.Darius provided knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and hospitable service! We started our meal with a dozen oysters au gratin, which were outstanding. My hubby and I were going to play at the casino after dinner, and didn't want to carry to go boxes, so we opted to share the 20 ounce prime rib. It was at least three inches thick, and cooked to perfection! Darius made sure we both had au ju, and creamy horseradish sauce. He kept our glasses filled, and checked on us often, without being intrusive.Hubby had a massive baked potato, and I chose the mushrooms for a lighter side dish.I highly recommend this restaurant, and definitely ask for Darius, if he's available!

Rat Racing

We won a few dollars on the roulette wheel after just a couple of hours and decided to treat ourselves to a steak dinner. It wasn't long after I told the wife I wasn't feeling well and needed to go back to the hotel. I was sick all night, I thought the steak wasn't quite right she said hers didn't taste right either. Very disappointed Our visit was ruined we won't be coming back. Four hour drive on my wife's birthday just to get sick and spend most of the time in our hotel room.

Lobster bisque is lovely! Gamble a bit and reserve dinner at this steakhouse. Seafood pasta is also great. And of course the steaks.

Food was not good for the price. Bread sticks were stale. Lamb chops were drowned in worcestershire sauce, French onion soup had no cheese and was more salty than McDonalds fries. After those I decided to just have baked potato and salad for dinner because I did not want to spend $50+ for a disappointing steak.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible
